Always find the staff helpful & friendly in O2 in Bury St Edmund's and we've been customers for 15 years.
We had an issue recently and Charlee went above & beyond to get it sorted for us, absolutely awesome Customer Service.

Fantastic experience upgrading to the Samsung Z Fold 5. Miguel was so helpful and knowledgeable, with other friendly faces around the store. I wasn’t pressured into anything, and was given time to consider my options. I would definitely go back for any future upgrades or issues. Top class service with a smile 😀👍🏻

Thanks to Brad today when I quickly popped into the Bury St Edmunds 02 store he was able to fix a technical problem with my phone in a very helpful and friendly manner. A couple of years ago with different staff I had a much worse experience at the same shop and I vowed I never step foot into that shop again but I'm glad I did today and I was very glad not to see the member of staff who worked there the last time and who was so rude to my wife. Thanks again Brad.

Came in to ask if my phone would work in America, as I'm travelling there soon. We were greeted by Lauren, who was so friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable, with a great positive attitude. Turns out my phone was only covered for use in Europe, but she instantly knew exactly what to do and offered me a quick solution. It was honestly so refreshing to receive some excellent customer service, as in other shops that day I had been served by rude, gloomy people. Thank you for resolving my problem so fast and making my day a bit brighter :)

I visited the shop because of a problem with my phone, which I had purchased there a few months previously. . The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, sorted the problem that had been bugging me for days in a few minutes. Top marks for customer service and knowledge.

Came here to switch out to a UK phone plan after moving here from abroad. Miguel was extremely helpful and courteous. Has was the other member in the staff. I've been to a lot of phone stores in different host countries so I can say the customer service exhibited by the staff here was exceptional.

My recent visit to O2 Bury St Edmunds was excellent. I had very little time on my lunch break to sort out upgrading my phone. The advisor Miguel ensured I knew every little detail, offered me plenty of options and made me feel welcome and looked after. I am very happy with my new phone, new contract and the customer care Miguel offered

Went in today to change my Sim after having a few network issues... It was done without any bother what so ever. I believe it was the manager (a young lady) who dealt with me, she was extremely helpful and patient. Thumbs up from me 👍🏻👍🏻

Had problem with phone. Had to Queue and it was a week end. Ok as I was not on a Parking Meter. Very friendly and helpful. But the best was yet to come when my problem was soughted out !! For this very kind gentlemen nothing was too much trouble. A Big Thank You.

Most friendly staff on hand to help. Young lady was most helpful. Stay away from the store in lion yard cambridge tho... complete opposite bunch of unhelpful idiots. But these guys get a thumbs up from me. Worth a trip out to bury to speak with people with more intelligence...

Went to the store this morning and was greeted by a young blonde girl (SORRY BUT DIDN'T CATCH HER NAME). But she was the most helpful youngster I have ever met in a store.. Picking up a new phone I had no idea how to transfer all my information from my old phone to the new one. But she done everything within 15 minutes for me.. She is a credit to you O2. If only everyone was as non patronising and pleasant towards elder people

The assistant manager dealt with our enquiry brilliantly and she did us both proud. She was very knowledgeable and it was a quick am easy transaction and we are very happy with the uograde and new Samsung S7. She also managed to Retail me a brilliant set of Kitsound Wireless Headphones to run too and the whole experience was brilliant, you, young lady are a credit to 02. Thank you 👍👍😊
