TK Maxx

I visited this Tk Maxx branch yesterday with my husband and children, it was a lovely day with the family, and to make my day even better I was served by Marcus, who was an absolute credit to the store and company, Marcus is truly an ambassador to Tk Maxx and I hope they appreciate and realise what such an exceptional young person they have working for this company, Marcus has such fabulous and wonderful customer service, which I have never experienced whilst shopping in any shop or at any Tk Maxx branch in my life!! Marcus went above and beyond his job role and had such a lovely chat with me, my husband and my children, I said to Marcus after he asked if we’re doing anything nice this weekend I have a birthday present for a friend and I don’t have any time to wrap it (in conversation), Marcus suggested that we could buy both wrapping paper and a card in store and if we wanted to buy some Marcus could quickly wrap it in store for us, “as his special VIP secret service!!” after this I hurried upstairs found some wrapping paper, bows, ribbon and a lovely card and paid for the items at the till and Marcus got straight to work whilst I wrote the card wrapping the presents I brought in store, whilst adding bows and ribbons and after this he even found me some lovely white tissue paper to display the presents in the gift bag with, Marcus replied at the end once he gave me my receipt, that he hoped my friend had a lovely birthday and that we all have a wonderful weekend and a lovely evening, I have never felt so lost for words and in shock that this was TK MAXX CUSTOMER SERVICE!! or any shops customer service, I have experienced poor and rude customer service in this store in the past, but after this visit today I will definitely return to just see Marcus alone!

The shop seemed busy, one member of staff was very helpful, she was sorting the shoes, cleaning the shelfs, she was very helpful and polit

I was looking for a gym mat but they only had a few so bought a cardigan instead.
Good store for so many things and get ideas. Need to make time to look around properly.
Just got home, bought some Christmas things in there. Not too busy as later in the day.

One of the best shop that I visit regulary. Great variety, very rarely I leave the shop without buying sth.

I visited the Bury St Edmunds store today with my daughter. I purchased a fragile glass vase and went to the checkout to pay for it. We were very impressed by Marcus on the checkout. He went above and beyond when wrapping the fragile vase ensuring it was safely wrapped in bubble wrap for it’s journey home. His attention to detail and good service was superb!!!! Thank you Marcus😊👍

Great place to buy good brands clothes at affordable price

This is my favourite go to place..I got it sussed!! Slowly slowly the bargains are there to be found! Good quality at affordable prices..Moisturiser, hand creams shampoos are a fraction of the online prices.One can afford to revamp the wardrobe often .. All the staff are helpful &friendly..&the covid lady especially helpful. Added to this we get 2hours free parking..Girls..that's all we need!!!

Nice shop however on getting home and wrapping a present up ....handbag bought here it is found the side is unattached to the bag ....Will be returning the bag ...not even stitched just glued !!

First time in years going to TK Max. Myself and my daughter got some excellent bargains. The staff made sure social distancing was enforced and hand sanitising on entry was essential. The staff were friendly, happy and helpful, Well done TK Max staff. We shall look forward to our next visit.

Easy accessibility for wheelchairs. Parking right outside. Blue badge holders for every hour purchased on a parking ticket gives you an hour free and only costs 20p for an hour. Staff helpful. Wide range of items. Designer items at bargain prices. Great for gifts too.

Well organized.

Good clothing prices however I think some of the home section is a little over priced still. But I have bought some wonderful things out of that shop

A nice selection of clothes and sunglasses. I was looking for a pair of Police (Aviation) style sunglasses and found a very decent, similar looking pair from Timberland brand. Very much affordable and good looking. I recommend Bury St. Edmund's TkMaxx 👍😎

Had what i needed friendly staff

I'm always a bit wary of rating places like tk maxx, mainly because the experience depends on whether they have what you are looking for. Happy to say on this occasion they had everything I needed.

We had a great shop at this store and my wife found some goodies, well presented store with pleasant staff and great products.

Good store and very helpful as I Lost my receipt and help me find transaction so it could go back on my card ,Thank you 🙂
