I've always felt that the staff in Bury St Edmunds M+S were very helpful and friendly. However today Jacob went above and beyond.. When I asked if I could take the trolley with my heavy bags out to my car, parked just in front of the store, he carried my bags out to the car for me. Thank you Jacob for helping an old lady, you were very kind

Can't thank the ladies in the lingerie department enough. Angela in particular was very kind, making you feel at ease and able to get the right garments fitted properly. A great team and would highly recommend to any ladies who may need to be fitted. Peace of mind you will be in good hands.

I have been searching high and low for an alternative wedding style cake came upon m and s two tier naked vanilla and jam filled cake so it's been ordered and is perfect for couples like us on a budget weddings don't need to be hugely expensive to enjoy your special day and it was close by for us to go and collect when we need it in September just perfect

M & S Bury St Edmunds has been a part of my life since childhood and they came up trumps yet again. I had a £10 budget for a Secret Santa gift at work and after searching all over town got more than I needed at this store. I got a lovely quality scarf 30% off meaning I could purchase a better gift for less and even managed to find a bag of chocolate treats with the change to tuck in with the gift. Believe me, I tried and I couldn't get that anywhere else in town with the same quality. And I was confident I could include the gift receipt though I doubt it will be needed! Thank you M & S for great value and quality and for being everything I needed just when I needed it.

Visted BSE for the shopping & man it was buzzing. We consider this the best M & S we've been to for years.
Traditional set up over 3 floors & well stocked, in fact far better than our local branch. Well done to the efficent staff for running such a good branch. We will return :)

The staff in our Marks & Spencer are so friendly, and always go above and beyond to help with my query. Feels like my local shop, staff always say "good morning", and smile which makes such a difference - why I always come back.
Store is well laid out, with parking at the front and back of the store.
Lovely bakery area with fresh bread, good selection of gluten free food too.
Please keep doing what you're doing! :-)

An interesting shop on 3 floors. Well laid out with a good selection of goods. The sale area on the ground floor was very busy and there were plenty of bargains to be had. As a whole the store was busy but easy to get round. Always have a look in the store when we visit the town.

For a medium sized M&S, they always have a nice collection and I find them great for work clothes and the food hall. We had a particularly helpful girl serve us who helped my Mum redeem her birthday discount!

Great staff, welcoming and friendly and very happy to help. Staff are willing to go the extra mile. Store itself isnt that large and could do with some modernization. Overall very pleased with the selection and.shopping experience.

The staff were so helpful I ordered a pair of slacks which I will pick up Monday.
It was well worth the visit to the town. I am sitting in the beautiful gardens. I hope I will not be sick on the coach home , twice in one day is enough

Coffee just as I like it. Staff are always friendly and polite. Just wish they did more pot snacks, or salad pots like they sell in the foodhall, as I dont always want to eat sandwiches!!

Clothes are beautiful, and all the staff I have spoken to are charming, and very helpful. In the restaurant the food is very well presented and the staff who work in that department are always so polite and very helpful.
