Pets at Home Bury St Edmunds

Went into store today to purchase some bits and as my child loves reptiles we thought we'd go over to have a look. Edd was feeding them at the time and allowed my child to ask 101 questions, responding politely and informatively to each one. He really made our day so much more fun and we learnt so much! Thank you Edd, you are a credit to the branch 😊

I came in this afternoon to buy puppy food and was served by Alice. I had been experiencing issues with my VIP membership at home; Alice was superbly helpful, patient and polite, managing to sort out the issues and enable access to the account and its vouchers. I would like to thank Alice for her excellent service.

Store looks clean and tidy. The pets look well kept and the staff are friendly

We have our cockapoo, Frank groomed here by Dan. He’s the only person we’ve found that can do a good trim on our very hyper/badly behaved boy

Great store, incredibly friendly staff. Not the biggest Pets at Home, but well stocked with everything you'll need for your furry friends.
Vets for Pets instore are also very good, we have all of our animals registered with them and have never received anything less than exemplary service.

Today I was having some problems with my app and accessing my vouchers in pets at home. Although it was busy the young lady behind the counter took the time to help me right through my purchase and was lovely. I can’t remember her name but thank you 😊

Just been to buy our weekly shop of raw food for our 13 doggies and just had the best service plus huge savings thanks to the nice lady at the till.

Nice big shop with everything I need. The staff are always extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. My daughter also attended one of there kids days which is free and she loved, the member of staff for that was excellent with the kids (I think her name might of been Lisa)

My husband came home and surprised me as been to this place to pick up a baby bunny 🐰 🐇 he adopted as we had lost one of ours unexpectedly, and Gareth from the store understood and helped so much with what my husband was looking for so we popped in last week to see him and showed him photos of harley and how well he has settled in and wouldn't hesitate to go there again xx

After my sisters miniature schnauzer fell out the car outside just before her groom room appointment took her in and a vet come down straight away from vets4pets to have a look there and then no mucking around half an hour later she was back out all sorted on her feet with the relevant medicine like nothing had happened! Thankyou for being so helpful and honest

Visited pets at home to acquire biscuits for my cat, that local supermarket do not stock. They have a great selection of food for both cats and dogs and can get bits in to pickup at a later date if not in store. Very friendly place.

Love this place. Vet staff are fantastic, reception, nurses and vets. Vanessa is a first class vet. Duane is doing fine thanks to her. Did a great job on his kitty bladder problems. Thank you!

Very enjoyable trip. I needed food for my dog, this place sold it. What more could you ask for!
