Went into the shop and bought a diary from the shop. At a good price and brought some pens and they was also at a good price. The staff at this shop is so so friendly and helpful. I was served by Helen Montgomery was very friendly and cheerful and chatty. And also Dylan was very friendly and helpful as well. I will be back again soon.

Went in today and was served by Sonya the assistant manager who also helped me find some bits after I had a 'man look'

Amazing staff great products!
I Visited the store on 16th of September around 2pm and my 9 month old son was screaming as he was poorly I was desperately trying to buy some party decorations for my almost 5 year old daughter whilst she was at school so this was the only chance I had. The two ladies working could see I was stressed and were so nice at talking to my son and making him smile whilst they did the helium balloons I had purchased. I have never received such great customer service before in my life. My daughter will now have her birthday decorations which are very BIG balloons at such a great price and I left feeling very positive and a happy son as well. Very pleased with the staff who helped me out massively. Will definitely be returning. Thankyou

Great place for origami paper

Amazing shop for some decent books. Always worth a look for some bargains. Lovely range of arts and crafts here too. Staff are a friendly chatty bunch. Been here just over a year now and is a great asset to the town of Bury St Edmunds.

Unbelievable! Terrible customer service!! I visited this store yesterday afternoon (Thursday 3rd Nov). There was a frail elderly lady enquiring about stick-on lettering/numbers, to which the assistant rudely replied ' Theyll be upstairs, that's where all the crafty things are' and contined whatever it was she was doing. Crafting?!
This lady was using a walking frame, how could she possibly get up two flights of stairs!! - I did offer to go upstairs to find some.

Wanted to buy Christmas wrapping paper today. There was a box near the entrance full of it with a sign saying "Buy One Get One Free" and on the box was another sign saying £1. So i got 4 rolls and went to the till to be served. The young girl behind the counter looked like it was my fault she had to work on a Sunday! So i had the money ready £2 and 5p as i needed a bag. She put them through and asked for £4 and 5p. I told her she was wrong and pointed to the box and told her they are £1 buy one get one free. She looked a bit peeved and stated that not all of them were £1. I pointed AGAIN to the box with the £1 sign. She said but these ones (blue and red foil) were £2. At this point I was starting to get peeved. I said well i dont want them just give the 2 other ones.By this time an older woman came behind the counter and the girl told her what happened. The older woman didnt even make eye contact or speak to me,she just said to the girl i will cover over the £1 sign and off she went. The girl turned to me and said "The sign is being covered over so as not to "confuse" other customers"!! I said "confuse customers? I am not confused,the sign clearly states that the paper is £1 a roll and buy one get one free" I did not want to make a scene because i was very angry by this time and would have really let rip. I bought the 2 rolls of paper and left without even getting an apology. As soon as i left the shop i realised i had given her £2 instead of £1 as i only bought 2 rolls of paper so i went straight back in and told the same girl. Her reply was "well they are £2 a roll as well. I had to walk out because my blood was boiling. So left feeling upset,angry and ripped off!! Not even a sorry?? Well i WILL NOT be returning to THAT shop again!!
