all the bottles and cans have a horrible perfumey taste, as though they have been sprayed with cleaning product for hygiene-purposes.. please stop doing this!

Rude and unhelpful staff. I came to collect a parcel and they made me look for it myself sifting through dozens of packages. The shop was empty and when I asked for help, he wouldn’t help me. Will not be going back again.

I would not recommend relying on this business for sending packages. Incredibly rude shop owner and they are also not open during their stated opening times. I came to the shop at 11.30am and they were still closed despite claiming on Google My Business to be open at 9am on a weekday. Not reliable, rude and a thoroughly unpleasant experience.

By all means, do what I did and call Yodel to complain about this shop (they said they will escalate with shop owners). They scanned the code, which marked my parcels as "collected" in the Yodel tracking, but said their machine is broken and refused to give a parcel, told us to come back three times in same day without any result, and then on the same day they have sent my parcels back to Yodel (even though they were supposed to keep them for 10 days), Yodel agreed this is all wrong and they should have given me my parcel by checking details manually.

Basically you can collect parcels, never had a problem with that. Impossible to return anything. I have tried MANY times, the system is either down, or not working or any other excuse you can think of. Staff behind the till rude. Better go down the hill to Fresh and Go, funny enough, never had a problem with the system not working there.

I’ve tried several times on multiple occasions to drop off Click & Collect parcels here and every time the machine is “broken” and I’m told to come back later.

Something dodgy is going on. Presumably there’s a financial benefit for them saying they accept them but they don’t want to actually do any of the admin.

They’re never apologetic and it’s not a very welcoming store otherwise so there’s no real reason to go here.

I've used this place in the past frequently but NEVER again. Rude, rude and rude customer service. The owner is barking orders about where to pick up and leave parcels for collection. No 'please' no 'thank you'. Shocking customer service, please save your time and money and go elsewhere in CP. There are far more friendlier and nicer places to shop!

Has no idea what service is, no please or thank you, not sure why this place is still running. Don't even bother looking in let alone walking in.
