Tesco Superstore

We shop here regularly and it has an excellent range of items for varying budgets. The new refurbishment was a bit overwhelming at first but I love the new layout now. The staff are excellent but one lovely lady, called Demi, has been a godsend on my shopping trips. I have had many a shop with my son (age 1 now) crying at the tills. She has been so kind and friendly, chatting to him and making him smile. Sometimes I don’t know how I would have coped without this kind lady and we always look forward to seeing her!! The Pharmacy staff were brilliant yesterday. How can they be so different from the Tesco Pharmacy in the Forum? Same recruitment process you would think but in the Forum they were dire.

Was feeling sick in store and colleague got a bucket and called for help quickly, getting me water and a sugary drink as they can tell I wasn’t feeling well, stayed with me and took care of me until I was feeling better.

Big Tesco superstore. Not too many people, snow outside but warm inside. Trolleys ready to make the shop full of Christmas articles and food. Very well organised and prices matching the products.
No queues at the tills and very good personal attention.

Staff are very helpful, polite and happy. Always willing to help.

Its all about the people -Great staff! Super helpful, additional checkouts opened when busy. Delhi counters staff provide advise. Good variety for rest of the world type foods and free from products. Fresh produce fresh. Petrol station, pharmacy, clothing, bakery, parking and car wash all available. Loving the Sunday opening hours and seating area. No, I am not on commission and do not work for Tesco!

I went to buy a fan, but they didn't have any left in stock. We spoke to a staff member and she suggested they may have one in the back room of the petrol station. She walked us across the car park to the petrol station and we found the last fan in Stevenage, just waiting for us to collect it! It was out of the box so they reduced it by £5. This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing any form of atmospheric cooling device.

I went to the Roebuck store this morning and was so impressed 😍 was greeted by friendly smiling staff who seemed to be so grateful for my 'thank you' plenty of stocked shelves and the jolly music is fab and something to help raise the spirits. We'll done everyone

Lots of parking, mostly not too busy....

Excellent range of food etc. You can get all your requirements in one shop unlike Aldi, lidle etc where you always end up with a number of items they don't have/ stock.

Always receive excellent service from the meat counter, lovely lady with blonde hair always has a smile on her face whenever I’m being served 11/10 for customer service

Staff extremely helpful and helped me save money, they had stock in that the nearby large Tesco had not got learnt that size isn’t everything.

I personally have always found the staff friendly and helpful
