Yesterday I visited next store in Croydon high street i met there RENATA. She was so nice to me i had a problem as i was buying a suit for me she helped me alot and sort out my problems she is fabulous from now i will be the regular customer of this store . She is very well in customer service .i really appreciate her

Good Quality and reasonable prices

Staff are always very helpful. Considering i am blind, my shopping experience is made easier with staff so keen to assist.
I walked in yesterday with my list of online shopping items, The lady and gentleman who assisted were ever so patient and attentive. The lady found my items online for purchase, i am expecting to go back today once notified they are ready for collection.

I had to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars, Tiffany who assisted yesterday with my shopping was extremely helpful. She went over and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Tiffany.
Went back on 31/12/2022 and as usual I was not disappointed. Hessa took her time to carefully ensure I was properly assisted. Sonia who helped in the past also came over to make sure all was well plus gave guidance to her colleague. Thanks to both for such great customer service.

Came here to buy a shirt as I didn't want to spend a fortune. I told a lovely lady on the shop floor that I don't know my shirt size and she measured me up. She then advised me on the range of different fitting on the shirts which I hadn't known. She told me to try on two different fittings in my size I liked the shirt so much that I bought 2. Even the sales assistant on the tills gave me a pleasant experience. I would definitely come back here again

Good ambiance and wider variety of items

Well I have got surprised by how big this shop was. I used to see a smaller version of Next, but it was great to pop in as I was needed something. I have got it, got lovely lady at the checkout which was made my day.

This place is so exciting that there are new items arriving every week. It keeps you to comeback to buy interesting items

It's nice to offer a bouquet to go with the brickbats which are so often found on these sites ...

I visited with two options to buy for someone for Christmas, but the slightly more expensive one (choice #1) wasn't on the rack in his size and colour ... so I opted for choice #2 (£6 cheaper but still it WAS option 2). At the till I mentioned my disappointment that option #1 was on the rack in all other sizes in navy and in size L in all other colours ...

And the lady at the till checked the computer stock record, told me they had four in the stock-room, went out back and fetched one so I WAS able to buy option #1 after all. Great service and I told her so.

My wife was gobsmacked when I told her - it's a refreshing change to get someone prepared to put herself out in the interests of customer satisfaction. I'm merely sorry that I didn't get her name or I'd record it here. OOPS - I'VE LOOKED ATTHE TILL RECEIPT AND IT WAS NATALIE

Well done, ma'am - you deserve a pat on the back, or perhaps a little more from your boss. And well done Next for employing her ...

Had to return a couple of items that I had ordered on line.
The service was excellent and I had no problems with returning the items and getting a refund straight to my account.

The store and staff is amazing especially a young woman called I think Lindsey and Rachel and Olivia they do brilliant jobs with serving me they helped me choose the right size top and some nice jeans as well and told me about the online store and that I can get bigger sizes and there is a bigger variety

I love mens clothes at next. Good variety

This next is quite big they have a really good selection of clothes, their menswear collection is really good, I went there for my 14year old son and the clothes are very good. Staff are happy and the shop looks lovey.

Staff are friendly. The service was very fast.

This is a reasonable size store, went to the Next sale today and bought a couple of items which I am very pleased with, the queue wasn't so long, so didn't get frustrated waiting.

Clean and tidy, customer services are friendly but handful of them in this shop can easily stereotype you because of your skin colour
