EE

Went in with vulnerable elderly lady who owns a pay as you go mobile phone. She had paid money on EE account but had no network connection. The staff were extremely helpful and after removing the Sim and restarting the phone she was connected back to EE. Many thanks to the individual staff member who showed kindness and patience

Visited EE at Walton on Thames after a 13 hour flight yesterday - Anish was very helpful and patient with 2 jet lagged idiots who needed to eSIMS set up on their iPhones. Would recommend purely on the basis of his skill and professionalism.

The team of lads were great and very supportive during the purchase of a new phone. I was very pleased with the service they offered and would highly recommend EE in Walton.

Troy assisted me today with choosing an upgrade. Was very patient and extremely good about explaining the features between different phones. Helped with setting up the new phone. Shame he returns to his own store shortly. A great asset to the company.

I had a really positive experience with the EE shop in Walton when I went to upgrade over the weekend. The covering store manager, Irfan, was a great help as was the advisor, Ben, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient with me in finding the best deal/plan that suited my needs. Will definitely be returning to this branch for my next upgrade.

EE store in Walton is by far the best mobile phone store I've been too. The advisor Sonia was most helpful and informative. She was patient and I will definitely return to do my upgrade here.

Picked up 2 new iPhone. Service was fast friendly and professional. In and out in less than 30 mins. Staff were very knowledgable and offered a better price than anyone else including online. Would recommend again. New EE customer (from O2)

Wonderful experience in the Walton ee store. Mutahhar went out of his way and gave excellent customer service to my family. Two new phones for my wife and I, and two tablets for our kids. Perfect early Xmas gift would highly recommend seeing him for the best deals.

Was served by Dee . Brilliant man very knowledgeable and great customer service. Got me the best value and deal I could of hoped for. Was not expecting someone so good at their job. Would recommend Dee to everyone who goes in.

Thank you so much to the team at EE in Walton on Thames on Monday 8th July 2019. Especially to Shaz who understood my requirements and after years of loyalty to EE eventually I feel appreciated for that. His patience, courtesy and knowledge is a credit to this company. He even found me a planet as a screensaver.
