The staff here were very helpful. Me and my partner were in their looking at something we asked the staff for help and we got the answers we needed. Massive store with multi storey carpark, disabled facilities. On site cafe too.

As always a limited but good gluten free selection. A really like the bread selection in the gluten free section and the variety of brands. The downside is the fresh gluten free section. As those with either celiac or intolerances will know it is important to have the food separated especially as things like the quiches float freely in a box. They and other GF products are however plonked directly next to, below, and sometimes surrounded by vegan products because apparently they amount to the same thing? Nope they all had gluten and like the quiche had no internal wrapping. If like me all that is needed us a singular tiny crumb for weeks of pain, this is a problem. Other than that. Great store.

Good shop. Plenty of parking. Spend £15 on Sainsburys shopping and get 2 hours parking free. Plenty of shops to visit around.

Been using this supermarket for years now.
Easy access to parking from two roads so you're never really stuck getting in or out of it.
Generally good range of products but if you're looking for clothing or Toys, I would say drive to Sainsbury in Cobham as this one doesn't have a huge range.
Overall it's a very handy place on the way to/from work or can stop by after school run.
While can always grab a coffee opposite or even visit the library should you wish.
The parking is free for upto 2 hours (I think) if you spend £10 or more.

Well stocked, spotlessly clean and friendly staff, who know where things are.

I especially like the self scanning devices (covid precautions are well managed), so I simply pick up items, zap them with the scanner and put them in my bag.

Then a separate checkout to simply zap the till, then just pay with a card reader and you're away.

Store was reasonably busy but no queues at checkout. Was great to see majority wearing masks and social distancing in the main was being maintained, unfortunately there was some mostly under 30's not social distancing and rather than waiting a minute while a person was picking up an item of shopping tended to push through

Quality items for everyone lots of parking and space to shop toilets cafeteria, also collection points for ordered goods from the in-store Argos ordering and collection point, Some large stores have toys and games to purchase electrical products and clothing, disability access friendly staff, escorlators, lifts to carpark, toilets, cash points, a photo booth, lots of space for getting around helped friendly staff.

Went in for a wee, was busting, best wee ever. I will not be adding a photo.
