Jan 24. First time here and won’t be back. Rude and unhelpful when trying to return an Amazon parcel. Why bother signing up to be aa Amazon returning location, if you really don’t want to do it. Misery personified. If no stars was an option, this guy is it.

Went to drop off a parcel for an Amazon return and the guy acted like it was all a big nuisance for him, even though I used the automated system myself and he didn't have to do anything except for scan a barcode. Really unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. The shop stinks too. Avoid this place.

Really poor service
They close at 9pm, I went to collect parcels at 8:30, but they had decided to close the system and refused to turn the on switch to power it up again - then walked into the back. Avoid
