A great experience from start to finish - Derek and Craig were fab and super friendly. No pressure to buy, instead lots of useful information and options to help along the way and more than one very relaxed test drive. I picked up my new (used) car today and Craig was extremely thorough, from the paperwork through to a fantastic demo of all the features. Thanks so much for making it all so easy, I'm really pleased :)

Attended today to get some new wing mirror glass fitted. I was seen my Dan Murphy at the service reception and he was very friendly and explained things thoroughly. He managed to get me seen today and even got a free valet thrown in when there was delays to the service being carried out.
I felt thoroughly informed throughout as he provided regular updates.

I’ve recently purchased my second car from vw Guildford. Craig was absolutely amazing and his customer service was outstanding. I was looking at changing my car but didn’t know what I wanted at all, Craig let me test drive a few different cars and was very knowledgeable and didn’t push at all! I absolutely love my new golf! I honestly can’t thank Craig enough and I highly recommend him.

We’ve had a great experience buying our car at Guildford Lookers.
Cameron was great and allowed us to take our time looking at the car and take turns test driving as we had our children with us. And took us through all of the available options in detail.
It was a friendly and knowledgeable sale as opposed to a pushy sale which ultimately sealed the deal! (Alongside being great with the kids!)

I needed to change my car and Cameron was extremely helpful. After an initial first call, we scheduled a meeting at the showroom where he explained all my options. I have now got my new car and I'm very impressed with how easy the transition was. Came to Guilford last Saturday to look at a car which was great value, very smart and ticked all the boxes . The customer service from the team, especially Cameron Stevens was top notch. Very approachable and professional. Informative but not pushy. This made buying the car very smooth and relaxing (As relaxing as buying a new car can be!)

I brought my car in having lost the locking nut! They sorted my problem out there and then, immediately, charging me only for replacement lock nuts and no labour. Absolutely astounding customer service in this day and age and totally unexpected. Wow!

My Fiancée and I were looking to purchase a new car and after a disappointing experience with another Lookers affiliate we turned to the Guildford branch to help us in our search. James Hart provided us with excellent customer service from start to finish - His proactive and friendly approach was a breath of fresh air. We couldn't recommend him highly enough! Had a call from James with a really great offer for an upgrade of my Polo. Couldn't say no really! Service was top drawer across the board with excellent communication throughout.

The service I received from Lookers Guildford was excellent. I took my car in for its first service and was provided with a courtesy car. I was looked after brilliantly by Dan who even arranged for me to speak to the technician due to work on my car, enabling me to voice my specific concerns over a couple of items. My car was valeted prior to being handed back to me and all in all, it was an excellent experience. The entire service reception team were bright, super friendly and their attitude made the whole process a pleasure. I must congratulate Kieran on his terrific team. I no longer live so close to the Guildford dealership but I made a special effort to take my car to them for all the reasons I ve outlined above. There is also a charming young lady on reception, new to the team I think who was a real delight too. Forgive me for not being able to recall your name but sincere thanks for all your help too. Bought an approved used Golf from this branch. Rob and Izzy were very helpful, friendly, and professional.
All the staff were friendly and welcoming, the showroom is nice, clean, and bright.
We were very happy with the service we received, not at all pushy like some car dealers. Made us feel very relaxed and comfortable through the whole process. I would happily recommend buying a car here to anyone. Also, VW approved used warranty seems to be the best on the market. Very happy customer!

Dan. What a guy. We turn up at 9:30am to get a tire service. He books us in straight away, recommends a quality cafe nearby, off we go for a bacon butty and a coffee, back we come and it’s all done and dusted. 10/10 and very reasonable price!

After a disappointing call to the centralised call centre I popped into Lookers with a key problem, very helpful man at the service desk (sorry, can’t remember his name) tried a couple of things and we then decided it needed further investigation so booked in for a couple of days later. This time I was dealt with by Ben who came back to me a few minutes later and said they had tried something else and it seemed to fix it and there would be no charge. Very happy with the service I received today, I have dealt with a few of the chaps on the service desk at various times and have always been friendly, professional and helpful. Thanks Ben for your help today!

Craig was really helpful with my search for a Tiguan. I had a specific requirment on what I needed included in the car. Craig discussed two models with me and pushed me in the direction of the Elegance. Unfortunatly I didnt end up buying from Craig/Lookers but really appreciated the help. Sounds stupid leaving a 5 star review for a dealership that I didnt ultimatly buy from, but belive me I dealt with other sales agents at other VW dealerships that were quite frankly useless and knew little, if anything about the diffrent cars they were selling.

Had a great experience here throughout, from initial look and test drive to final purchase. Worked with James end to end and he was very polite, no pressure to buy but just the right amount of nudge to encourage a good look around the car before making a decision. Overall a smooth, un-pressured process that I would recommend to others.

Bought a brand new Golf GTI 24 plate , Daiyaan was great and did his best to get us a great deal on our new car, he always responded quickly to any questions I had and when I collected the car today , he ensured I was comfortable with the car before I drove away. I had an amazing experience buying my first VW, a T Cross. Izzy was great during the summer bank holiday sale and helped me to understand all the options. Cameron has been great since then and on the day I picked up the car, really friendly, supportive and informative. I found both Izzy and Cameron patient with all my questions. Sarah also came and said a rather sunny hello on handover, which was lovely. I found everyone at the garage very friendly and welcoming.

We have recently bought a car from VW Guildford and the whole experience from start to finish completely exceeded expectations.
