AirHop Trampoline Park Guildford

AirHop is a fantastic place to take your children. There are a load of activities to keep them occupied and busy for an hour.
The whole place is clean and safe, making it a reassuring place to take your children.

The cafe is also good for the grown ups who can see almost everywhere around the place, so you can relax and watch your children play happily.

The safety video that is played before you're allowed out on the activities was clear and helpful. It was perfect entertainment and we will return.

Amazing staff.. good parking that's free.. wheelchair access..friendly.. first aid trained staff that are always close. An overall very good place to take ur children of all ages. The only thing I will say is the food and drinks are a bit pricey.. other than that no complaints AT ALL.

I was just going through the reviews and to my shock I saw a negative review about a host in the name of LUKE. He was utterly brilliant when I visited and can’t thank him enough for hosting my son and his friends!! They can’t wait to go again! Lovely customer service all round and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an hour of entertainment.

Been a few times, and always has an enjoyable experience however we recently had our 3 year olds party here. Booking was very easy and they where happy to answer any questions. Our party host on the day (Chelsea) was great, she made everything enjoyable and stress free.
Would definitely recommend, and we will be going back soon.

I've visited AirHop Trampoline Park Guildford a few times, and my recent experience at a birthday party was fantastic. The kids absolutely didn't want to leave. The staff was helpful, and the birthday arrangements were good. My children had a blast on the main trampoline and the obstacle tunnel. I'm thinking of choosing this place for my daughter's birthday.

Amazing time with my son and his friends, they catered for us as a group of 20 children and their parents, parents had drinks from the cafe while kids had pizzas and fruit platter. Excellent service and fully recommended.

The girl who took care of us was wonderful. Her name was Chelsea. The right person at the right place, very helpful. I have been to this place several times but I have never encountered such professionalism. Well done Chelsea!

Very friendly staff, very clean inside, the older kids enjoyed it but my 4 year old said it was very up and down.

Honestly love this place. It's chaotic and busy but it's clean and well maintained. Staff are sweet too! We had a party here for my son and I was blown away with the care and efficiency of our party host. Highly recommend.

Fast service and short queue times (even if they look long) cafe has a variety of food although they don't sell hot food on after dark sessions.

Great service at reception with great interaction with my grandchildren. Really good safety briefing even stopping to make sure everyone was listening. Activities were great and kept the grandchildren well occupied for an hour.

my daughter had a great time hopping and running around. It could have been even better if all facilities were open.

A really cool place both for children and grown ups. It's spacious, really clean and well managed with safety at the forefront. Ideal for Birthday Parties. Grown ups can sit upstairs at the cafe and read a book while sipping a lovely coffee. Will go back and I would highly recommend it. Thumbs up!
