KFC Aldershot - Ash Road

I always use the drive-thru so cannot rate the atmosphere. However, this restaurant is highly efficient and taking orders and generally has food ready by the time you reach the collection window! Has just had an upgrade to the drive thru lane adding menu boards etc which is a great help!

Great service - quite a long queue but definitely worth the wait.

Never have issues here. The staff is friendly and the service is fast and the food has always been fresh. Generally happy to return to them.

From the moment I entered the fine establishment I felt as though I had been whisked away to the heart of Tennessee in the United States of America. My senses had truly awoken and I could smell all of the herbs and spices that the wonderful colonel had promised me ever since I discovered this restaurant from my home in the United Kingdom. The staff were more like family, greeting me at the door with a huge smile, I could tell they take huge pride in their job, to them it's probably more like a hobby. The ambience felt as though I was in a southern states country home and as I placed my order it was like waiting for home cooked food after a long day on the homestead. I've recently been discivering fine American cuisine in special UK locations and simply cannot wait to try McDonalds which hopefully will prove to be as wonderful an experience as Ronald has led me to believe, will I return? You bet ya

It's a KFC, you like them or you don't but here the staff are consistently friendly and efficient.

Crispy crunchy batter all the time really nice. Chips are soggy.
I opened the coleslaw and then threw it away.
It's a good drive through, just stick to the burgers.

Perfect was so pleased when this joint opened after Maccy Ds down the road. Just off the A road with a drive through which is quite rare offering. Last one I used was down in Christchurch. This one is clean, open for eat in but only half of restaurant but still worth a visit. Had a good old mega box was excellent and a long time coming. Thanks team.

Freshly cooked and consistently good quality food.
Always get takeaway (drive through) and every time (once every a month or so) the quality has been spot on. Usually get chicken strips or hot wings when on offer (bucket for £5.99). Fantastic value👍.
We have visited other KFC's and the quality is just not as good. This one is consistently very good.

Fast drive through service they did get our orders mixed up but it was quickly resolved

A really well run KFC by staff that actually seem to enjoy working there. Visited on Friday evening about 9pm and the service was efficient and friendly. The food was hot and delicious. Third time we have come to this KFC and it's always delivered on quality and speed.

The lady that took my drive through order last night was really friendly. The food was good and came out quickly.

We used the drive through, friendly staff who were quick and efficient at processing the order. The food was ready to go as soon as we pulled round, something that other sites struggle with so that was a plus. Food was piping hot and fresh (fair to say KFC's chips are still terrible) but overall good value for money and overall a good experience.

It's kfc food it's that! Service was good they forgot to give me the spicy chicken wings so had to drive back to get them overall good.

Little bit salty than usual KFC in most of time.
