Free parking. Cheaper food,meat and fruits, freshly baked bread, croissants and much more. Tick all the boxes. Except some vegetables are not there like pointy cabbage.

Variety and high quality own produ ts in descent prices. Will definitely shop there again. The fresh produce was brilliant in the morning visit. But I don't recommend to shop at the end of the day. Many middle of liddle bargains. Loved the icecream varieties from there own brand and the coffee pods for my dolce gusto coffee machine.

This Lidl is always well stocked up, which is handy when you can only shop in the evening.
It has a bakery corner and a good variety of products; self check out machines work (in other Lidl I've been to, they're not always working!) - though they only accept card payments.
Overall, I'm really happy with the supermarket.

The staff were helpful and friendly but need more staff when it is busy during lunchtime rush

Always very pleased shopping here, the prices are very low for quality products that you may not find anywhere else. The customer service is excellent and they're always willing to help. Thanks to Max , Merlin, Patricia always our Fav. the other day she pointed out the new Loyalty App which is amazing and we got to save even more our shopping these days with it. Shop is always clean and well stocked everytime and lots of parking spaces for customers.

Popped in very late in the evening, very polite and helpful staff.

Lidl like it's counterpart Aldi is a great value supermarket, offering great produce at competitive prices when compared to the big four UK supermarkets.
They also run twice weekly special offers on all sorts of other products, bedding, household hardware, tools etc.
Also with the Lidl app on your phone you get a free pastry item on spending £50 and then other offers at £100 and £150 then finally at £250 you get a 10% discount on your next shop, in any calendar month👍
The Lidl in Romford is also a new build shop with wide isles and plenty of space to move around. Overall it's great value.

A lovely lady called Sharlet displayed excellent customer service and made me feel like a valued customer going out of her way to ensure that my coupons went through and that my refund for an item I didn't get but payed for was done smoothly that is true customer service. Amazing example for the lidl brand.

Got everything l wanted even though it was quite late in the day. Queues were mad but l heard some of the staff speaking about being severly short staffed. That being the case - they did good. Place looked clean and well stocked.
