Bought these plant supports online ,£15 each and couldn’t believe the quality and size. Picked them up via click and collect. Service was quick and friendly. Will definitely buy more

Huge store. One of the biggest Dunelm branches I've been too. They also have a massive car park.

Plenty of options to choose from. They also have a cafe inside which is handy when you want a break from shopping.

Prompt, friendly, efficient and effective staff, whom are helpful and polite.
Great selection of household wares, reasonably priced.
Will return, recommend that others do too.

Good choice of home wear is available. Cushions, pretty mats and rugs, pots and pans. Cushions and cushion covers are available here too.

Love this shop as it has lots of great furnishings and household products .Also good variety of Xmas things to buy.prices very reasonable.staff nice.

Always manage to get what I went for. Plenty of choice and plenty of products.

Great shopping experience, friendly and helpful staff.

Courteous staff members, varieties to choose from and not much waiting time to pay because other tills are opened for payments when cues increases.

Customer service excellent. Went to buy curtains, and I asked a member of staff, a lady who looks too tired for assistance. She was stocking up, and she went to call me another lady who worked in the curtains department, a tall Muslim lady. She took her time and helped me. Both ladies were excellent.

Visited recently to purchase a few items. Was helped by a lovely member of staff. I think her name is Liz. Went beyond to help us select and order items. This member of staff clearly knew her stuff and I feel this level of support will make me definitely visit again for remaining items I need.

1st Class store with such a variety of products at affordable prices.

It's a nice place to shop, good variety of things they sell and pretty much all the home things you'd need now that other places have closed down. Easy access off the A12 with ample parking and you also have local bus routes (66). Can generally find what I need, staff are here and there but I have found this store's click and collect service to be brilliant - all my orders ready within the hour on the same day! Did a lot of shopping here over the xmas sales so a very easy shopping experience.

Dunelm easy too get too 366 bus from Barking London Road,,stops opposite the store,polite staff will find products if you can't find them,,always plenty of stock

Great shop for home bit and bobs, especially if your kitting out your first house. The wife loves it. Plenty of parking. Coffee shop just been remodelled. Lovely tea and cakes very reasonably priced. Well done Dunelm 👍

It's a great store for home wares, hothead don't stock vinyl flooring, only some superb rugs.

Always organised well. Long opening hours and usually find what I need at a reasonable price and quality. Good store with click and collect as well. Another good feature is the receipt is emailed to you which is great for safe keeping and warranty.
