Call was answered really quick and I spoke to lovely lady called Vicky who checked my renewal policy and found a cheaper option and in 10 minutes I was assorted and money in my pocket from a saving. Vicky found that my mileage was a lot higher than my mots had recorded and by reducing that I save £10 per month.

Received a good quote, little fuss to get started, customer services relatively fast with queries.
2023 update after changing vehicle/policy: easy, took a phone call. No unreasonable charges for cancelling previous one, good second quote so I stayed.
I haven't had to make any claims yet.

I was renewing car insurance with Grove-Dean for my elder brother aged 88. The quoted renewal price was more than double the previous year. Insurance companies have massively increased premiums for the over 80s and Kelly from G-D, could only pass on these increases. However, G-D were still cheaper than all the Comparison sites I tried and included National Breakdown cover. So I renewed with G-D.

I insured my van since 2017 up until November 2023 their customer service is impeccable, they have been nothing but perfect even after COVID which is incredibly rare these days

Excellent & thorough service. I asked if they could call me back & they did as promised. Saved me over £200 on my car insurance after my current insurers had increased my premium by around 60%!! Grove & Dean quote was like for like so they have my business.

Rapid response to chat requests, phone available but slower and email. Excellent price quoted, including Fully Comprehensive, Legal Expenses, Full breakdown and Relay, insured NCB. for 50cc bike, around £80. The brokerage fee was deducted (£50) because, I started a chat after cancelling auto-renewal on the their insurance portal. Nick was very helpful. Don't trust Bikesure price comparison for an accurate quote.

When I purchased my car, Grove & Dean, were very helpful & competitive. Then I had to change address and needed to change the policy so again thru helped sort it out.

Excellent service when renewing my motorhome insurance. Although the premium from my existing insurer had increased considerably Grove and Dean sourced a like for like policy from an alternative insurer at a reduced cost without me even requesting them to do so.
