Beautiful for relaxation, walks, run or Saturday Park Run , walking dogs, go to playground, explore nature. Various plants speciaces, birds, scenic late with fountain, cafe and restaurant, more over tennis courts and theater in summer . Great place for everyone who likes outdoors x

Great place for picnic and for a stroll. I walk there every morning. I've seen my friends playing tennis at the courts in the morning. Nice caffee at the end, and you can have a nice jacket potato with tuna or a burger and a coffee!

Beautiful lovely park. Nice for day out with kids. There is a play area for kids.

Beautiful large recreational area! Seems well kept and definitely worth a visit! Didn't get to see it all so not sure if there's a play ground.

Such a beautiful park in the middle of a busy town. Here you can relax and enjoy the company of tame squirrels! Nature thrives in this part of town.

This is the best Park to walk with your Doggy.
There are lovely dogs and lovely people.
I like there is free parking and the coffee it’s always open until 6, with toilets available.
Recommend to every one want have a nice time

A beautiful park indeed. Lot of space to walk and cycle around in the lovely town of Gidea Park. The lake is just beautiful. Lots of benches as well. Great place to bring your kids.

Raphael's park front gate is in Main Road, Romford and the park almost reaches the A12, Eastern Avenue (via back gate). There is a large lake and it provides a home to many birds. Fishing is allowed during the fishing session, although I recommend you check the borough regulations beforehand. The park also provides football pitches, a children's playground and a cafe. The cafe is not the best available locally.

An oasis of peace away from bustling urban Romford. Looking a tad scruffy (but that may be due to the 'cutbacks') but still a lovely place to roam. Highly recommend the Shakespeare in the Park events held every year...

Great local park with an interesting history. The lake is huge and popular with anglers; the bandstand is a beautiful feature, and the wooded area to the rear is a lovely, less-manicured part of the park. There’s also a bank of tennis courts, sizeable childrens’ play area, public toilets, a kiosk for ice creams/ casual snacks, and even a more formal restaurant. Parking available in Lodge Farm car park just opposite.

It's a lovely park with a beautiful lake. My son enjoyed feeding the ducks and pigeons. It has a small trail as well to explore, can see lots of squirrels too.

Good place to take the kids or your kidult to get in tune with nature and birds of many diffrent varieties remember to take biscuit or seed type foods for the ducks geese and swans and bread for the birds happy thoughts the spring flowers are starting to pop

Simply stunning.very well kept park and lake area with a variety of wild birds and very friendly squirrels.also a really nice coffee shop with toilet.

Very nice restaurant. Relaxing with good food and drink. They also do a nice takeaway coffee or cold drink at the bar. I would recommend it. Access is easy for everyone with no steps and friendly staff. Free 3hr parking on the opposite side of the park off Main Road

We love this Park ,we go every time we have the chance ,kids love it . They love the play ground and the ducks. They still have some work to do at the play ground but is nice to enjoy the good weather.
