Performance Direct

Had a good experience with Performance Direct. Online app is easy, and works perfectly. Online chat very quick. Uploaded documents I needed whilst online with me. No queues. Chatted to Emily who was very helpful throughout. Would recommend!!

Took a policy out for a car that I was looking to buy unfortunately didn't end up buying the car so had to cancel the policy. Rang them answered almost immediately, and policy was cancelled and all sorted in under 10 minutes for the whole call. Not sure the name of the guy I spoke with but super polite and easy to deal with, will definitely look at them again despite some of the other reviews!

I've just brought an MG TF in banana yellow, I've got a 1972 vw beetle insured with them. Never had one single problem with them. X

I called Performance Direct and purchased it over the telephone with Vicky. She is polite, knowledgeable and professional. Within minutes I was able to jump on my new bike and ride insured. She is a star.

I contacted Performance Direct today after looking at my renewal insurance policy which didn’t identify the agreed Classic value of £12000. I spoke to Max on the Service Desk who was excellent. As explained, I was a bit concerned that the agreed valuation wasn’t in the new contract/policy, but he assured me that the valuation they the agreed valuation would be current for a period of two years and that all the photos sent last year would be transferred to the new insurer. He was very patient, understanding and more than helpful. If this is a reflection of the Service provided by Performance Direct then I will certainly be using them in the future. Thank you.

I had to change my insurance to a new vehicle. The phone was answered promptly, the gentleman who answered knew exactly what to do and did everything quickly and a efficiently. It was a really positive experience. And their rates are so good too!
