A great store located with the shopping complex. There's lots of the usual products from Iceland and the store is well laid out.

There's plenty of space in the aisles so it didn't feel too crammed, even when they were restocking the shelves.

Plenty of parking in the complex, free for the first hour (but you still have to get a ticket).

Staff were friendly and it didn't take long at the checkouts.

Staff are really friendly. Couldn't get the 24 cans of diet coca cola offer (multi box offer) anywhere else (tried others). Thank you to Dover branch. Groceries always good value, range and quality.

Everything about this store is great from low prices to big huge bulky deals like 25 donuts for only 3.99 you know your in the right place.
The staff are friendly and the store is always clean and kept in top condition.

It is a very spacious shop, which is rather important in Covid times. Shop is nicely fitted and well stocked. Conveniently located, easily accessible, good parking. Helpful staff

Great store, very well stocked and they have ae items which are exclusive to the store which I like to find when grabbing some food. Staff are friendly and always seem to be busy but always happy to help if you are looking for something.

We use this shop quite a bit just because of the amount it has to offer.
Literally type of food you want it seems to have with the added freezers of food from named restaurants, you can even get any type of take away you fancy in there.
If you are stuck on what to have for dinner take a look in this shop, you won't be disappointed.

Been to the one at broadstairs previously, so when they opened one in Dover it had to be a shopping trip. The offers are very good, with a wide selection.
Being diabetic the large selection of sugar free biscuits is a bonus.
Overall a good shopping experience. Let's hope it's used enough for them to keep going.

Large store with more choice than the high street stores. You can also buy bulk here which works out a bit cheaper per item. Love the partnerships they do with various restaurant chains.
