B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

My favourite B&M in the South East. Always so many products on the shelves. Prices is regularly updated. Staff are friendly. The only complaint I have, there are no toilets for customers, with it being such a big store I could spend a couple of hours in here, and with my children, they often need the loo, cutting my shopping trip short

Probably the best B & M in the south east. Lots of stock, wide range including food, with ample parking.

A brilliant to pick up a bargain, no reason why you couldn't have a brilliant Christmas with these prices

Great place to shop plenty of items to buy from duvets to toys ,diy , foods chest of draws and so much more .

I love this store, Folkestone is alot bigger than the Dover branch and had what I was looking for, velvet cushions and a solar lamp, they look great!

Today I visited Folkestone B&M.
I have had to write a review, as the service I got was first class.
I asked if I could but two bedside tables that were on show. I live in my own and have no one to put them together for me.
The store manger took this into consideration. Not only could my but them, but two staff members ( one security guard) carry them to my car.
Such. Good advice. I will be back!!

The Folkestone store was much larger than expected. I got the items I went in for and quite a few other bits. The garden and home sections are very good and I spotted a few things I need to go back for 😉
Prices seemed very fair on everything.

I brought a lot of furnishings so pleased with my purchases, got all I need under B&Ms roof love it there.

I love B and M. Great store and great staff. Go with a list unless you really have unlimited money 🤑! Truly wheelchair friendly and accessible. ( Apart from upstairs only an outdated lift)!

This store has a good selection of articles to choose from and the prices are generally great 👍 a good cafe and toilets are great whilst you're shopping plenty of parking space 😀

Lovely guy who works out in the garden centre bit, I think his name is Gary. Very helpful chap and went out of his way to help me. The check out staff are also welcoming and friendly. I do feel that air conditioning inside the store would not only benefit the staff but customers too. As on hot days it's unbearable in there!

Attended the store this afternoon..I have to single out Jon the till operator..courteous, professional, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable, going beyond what I would consider to be excellent customer service. If anyone deserves a pay rise I would suggest he does!

Absolutely spot on today when we came shopping. Such a tidy and full shop. The shelfs are fuller than Tesco, it looked great all round.

Always very helpful when I regularly go there to buy leisure gas for my caravan. I love to browse the store as they always have bargains on offer.
