I ordered cat food from this store on just eat and they delivered the wrong order, delivering dry food instead of wet. I rang the store and they said they would call me back, but never did. I initially labelled them as as ignorant charlatans, however I could not have been more wrong. I received a phone call 40 minutes later, from the manager of the store who was outside my house delivering the correct items in his own time on his way home. A really lovely gesture when most places say 'nothing I can do mate, go through just eat'.

Amazing shop & staff

This store is a disaster. From falsely accusing local children of theft to loosing parcels as part of their disorganised click and collect designated pick up point. The staff sèem conveniently clueless and can not speak English properly when it suits.

I queued up to get the lottery,that is all I wanted, he dismissed me to serve customers buying goods, I didn't have time to wait, this is disgraceful.
