Asda Andover Superstore

I should have put a review long ago about Jacob a nice security officer Andover Asda always helpful, goes an extra mile showing where products are and supporting with any related queries. I was also super impressed today by Cameron at the self checkouts he swiftly sorted the red light calls with a smile and I was happy to be in and out of the shop quickly.

Absolutely amazing service from Denise on Customer Service Desk recently. I had a problem with a faulty George Air Fryer, and she went out of her way to help resolve the issue 10/10 👍

A member of staff looked for a new holiday dress for me that I had seen on line. She found it in the back - they hadn't gone out on the shop floor just yet, so got me exactly the size and colour I had seen on line. Very good service so thank you. I wanted the holiday sun dress for my holidays on Monday, so will enjoy wearing it. I am the reviewers wife by the way.......!!!! The dress was for me.....!

Not too busy, helpful friendly staff, big and airy, was able to get everything I needed and did it quickly with scan and go... no waiting in a queue to pay. Great place to shop!

A massive THANK YOU to asda, the company and its staff, my elderly vulnerable father went shopping in the designated time this morning and managed to get 99% of his shopping without fuss. Really helpful. I would also like to thank those who stayed away from shopping so the elderly and vulnerable could shop in this way in the uncertain times. THANK YOU

Joe, Deputy Store Manager, showed extraordinary customer service towards me when I visited the store for an emergency 50th Birthday photo cake. Being completely computer illiterate, and even though the bakery staff tried to help me, I was at a loss regarding downloading the photo on my IPad. Joe happened to be nearby and immediately took control helping me with the machine, and didn't leave until the cake was ordered and being processed. I also observed his behaviour towards his colleagues and found him to be caring and supportive towards them. I feel Joe went above and beyond, and the kindness he showed can be hard to find these days. I am extremely grateful as the cake was perfect and my Brother was thrilled with it.
The bakery staff were also very kind. Especially Paula.

Just had our delivery, Saturday morning about 8am to Abbotts Ann Andover mr and mrs Barker, he was lovely, we wanted to reward him, but he declined, you have a abs, he name was Craig, thank you so very much stay safe everyone xx

It was a lovely atmosphere with helpful staff that helped me to find everything I needed and lovely food in the cafe my quick shopping trip turned into a much enjoyed day out with the kids happy to shop around and look at the large range of clothes and toys for all ages.

Great store very large range of items.
Coffe shop good children eat £1.00 .

Love shopping here, has ally groceries, I work late so it's good to know it's open till midnight!

A home delivery driver Robert Smith (smithy) helped me with a car problem near Kintbury. He was so helpful, when other drivers just went on by. A huge Thankyou to him. Bridget

Lovely big supermarket was a bit crazy as it was Christmas time but staff could not help me anymore when I was looking for items keep up the good work guys!
