Delivery is always good. Drivers are polite and helpful. Can't fault it. Rarely have substitutes. Always in contact so you know exactly when they will arrive and what you are getting. Great service in store and for delivery

Not buisy but other customers were enjoyable enough to meet in the queue.always straight forward without any fathing about,although be carefully that you find out if you can have a slot for delivery of your shopping, before doing your shop.bird seed is one of the kindest sales I like for local birds in Andover rivers.50pence a bag .keeping animals fed and children happy to do this small but big gesture.

Best for party or frozen food, parking tickets refunded from the shop, very helpful staff. Seniors, go do your shopping in Iceland on Tuesdays and get a 10% off. That's very helpful. Every little helps. You have to register for an Iceland card to continue getting senior's promotion benefits. There is nothing for this promotion anymore. Iceland is great for frozen food.

We might have to wait a few minutes to be served but they open another till when possible. They have lots of lovely Christmas foods in at the moment but I only went in for bread today. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience there and the staff seem to be very helpful.

Staff are fairly friendly. Products were easy to find, and the till workers are quick and efficient in serving their customers.

It's our normal goto shop for great food and and some great prices. Plus the fact that they do home deliveries is really helpful. We are both disabled so that helps us with the heavy loads.
Recently had a shop revamp so the aisles are a bit wider, achieved by newer, but smaller freezers. The girls at the shop say that it means more work as they have to fill them more.
The staff are very helpful and friendly are all really nice.

Great selection, only 1 person on till so bit slow at check out. But remember you can park for free just remember to get ticket from till.
