It's got it all an entire drinks isle practically an all-you-can-eat buffet (And a good competitor to the Lidl's baked goods)

5 stars for selling my favourite patisserie valerie cakes instore. Now i do not have to book online or travel far distance to buy their Black Forest Gateau cakes and slices

Lovely friendly staff, it is a pleasant shopping experience as never too busy. Parking quite tight though.

I was returning an item, great customer service, easy to sort it and refund was back in bank within 24hrs. Store was clean and well stocked

Staff was approachable when query about something some are snobbish
So avoided asking questions when I couldn't find the items.

Clean and tidy, very helpful staff, easy to find things along the aisles. Tasty freshly baked bread. Staff are very helpful and professional.
Wheelchair accessible entrance, disabled blue badge parking bays close to the entrance. Masks optional. Social distancing still maintained. Great service At the moment the Nectar card is really bringing in bargains.

Bargains galore today with a nectar card.
Carling 18 pack £12! Oyster Bay wine £8.50 a bottle for instance.

What can you say its a supermarket , shelves well stocked and staff seemed willing to help .

Nice Sainsbury's, smaller than some and parking in a slightly awkward location. But they had the clothing I was looking for, which the much larger store near Camberley did not. So 5 stars for that.

Fantastic staff and always well stocked

By far my favourite supermarket in Andover. Able to glide up and down the aisles, staff always friendly and efficient and Sainsbury’s own brand good quality. Special thanks to Geoff this morning for helping me with my shopping.

My favourite supermarket! V good selection of branded products. Great quality of fresh vegetables and fruit (far better than other well known supermarkets..) And one of the few where I can still choose my own veggies/fruit without them being suffocated in plastic wrapping. 5☆

I have never been in this store before and had to find quite a big list of varied articles.

I had to ask quite a number of staff where certain articles were kept.

Without fail each one responded in a helpful and pleasant manner.

Well done Sainsbury's in Andover you are a great example of how things should be done.

It's nice as it's not too big, I'm not keen on very large stores. Plus, that quality is good, & the prices are reasonable too. Staff are friendly & polite also.
