Very easy to get to and ample parking. Store inside is very clean and well looked after. Great selection of clothes and food from around the world. I love coming here in July to start my Halloween collection! Staff always friendly and helpful

I have been in Andover Tk Maxx store nearly in the mid of last month, I purchased a slider that have some manufacturing issue and I lost the receipt but remember the date. Good variety here, excellent parking

I still wear my mask when shopping in any shop, I see some other people wearing too. Social distance still maintained in most shops. Most people I met respect others' space, which is lovely.
Large well stocked retail chain selling stylish, brand name apparel, shoes, accessories houseware at affordable prices. Clean tidy and lovely atmosphere.

Great experience I love TK Maxx lots of designer clothes you need lots of time to hunt for bargains. There are lots of fitting rooms.

Andover Branch. The Store Manager stood outside on entry, reassured everyone in the queue that there are appropriate measures in store for us to shop with pleasure, she even dealt with a very rude person swiftly and professionally. Didn’t feel unsafe whatsoever due to the social distancing markings and the safety stations. All staff understood their role in keeping safe too. Glad they’ll be back on their feet in no time. Thank you.

Good price good stuff. Usual friendly helpful staff. Woman who was pushing a trolley and stocking shelves kept following me and I asked if she was stalking me. No such luck she joked that she was pushing me along so that I went round each department and bought more. One exception was my cashier. She must have been having a bad day/5 minutes. No eye contact no usual TK MAXX how are you etc. Banged my travel mug down after scanning and before passing me my change called the next customer down. I felt I was being rushed. Never mind maybe I was a bit touchy that morning. You still get 5 stars.

I like living life in the fast lane, riding by the seat of my pantz and seeking thrillz.

So TK Maxx is the place for me! Always an action packed destination.

If you haven't visited TK Maxx Andover you're missing out on something. In fact, you're missing out on everything!

Might not find what your looking for but you always find something. Parking is good but limited wheelchair bays, level entry access. Some aisles & corners are hard for a wheelchair to navigate but not impossible. Customer lift to take to/from the 1st floor.

Aways a pleasure to walk around here lots of lovely items

I visited the Andover store yesterday as I needed some baby sleeping bags which I knew they would stock and I couldn't get from their website. On arrival to the store I waited in a well organised queue outside for appoximately 5 minutes. The store manager (Liz I think it was) explained the new layout and that there were stations around the store with hand sanitizer, masks etc available should people wish to wear them in store. They had arrows around the store to clearly mark the one way system, had footprints for where to wait for access to the 1st floor of the store and all of the staff I encountered were brilliant. When I made my purchases the assistant was well protected from the customer in with a plastic screen and again to queue for the tills there were clear and obvious footprints and distancing measures. Well done TK Maxx this was a very pleasant trip that I had been dreading but needed to do.

It is a good place where you can buy lots of things by spending little money 💰

By far the nicest, cleanest and most well organised TK Maxx shop I've visited. We found everything we needed and more. The staff were lovely too. We shall be back!

Unlike other TK Maxx shops I've visited,this one is always well organised and tidy,defo not the 'jumble sale' experience I've had with other stores!
