Called a week back for a Sunday roast, which was excellent, so good in fact that we called again on the Monday for a bite to eat early evening.
Good food, plenty of it, and at a reasonable price, same goes for the drinks.
The people running this dog friendly place are most hospitable.
A well frequented establishment, good outside space and parking.

Amazing place friendly staff and locals. Had garlic mushrooms to start while the wife had whitebait. For main course we both had there posh KFC homemade chicken and chips. All that we had was homemade Including the chips! The chef here is very good. Nothing was to much trouble service with a smile. Wheelchair friendly and a easily accessible disabled toilet witch was spotlessly clean. On a whole a fantastic experience all round and we will definitely return.

GREAT PORTION SIZE, MENU CHOICE and TASTY CHEESE BOARD platter.

lovely authentic local village pub feel as you walk in.

Cute tables and plenty of seating inside and out.

A reasonable size car park but this local venue can get busy.

Ordered Nachos and chilli which was really good with sides of chips and tasty coleslaw.

Great choice of puddings and chose chocolate fudge cake and the cheeseboard.

The evening was finished off with coffee ☕

A really lovely night and comes reccomended

Wow! A real hidden gem! Lovely vibe and home baked pies and fried chicken a real treat. Call ahead to order pies as they take 40 min. Well worth the wait the crust melts in your mouth and beautiful caramelised onions and moist chicken and mushrooms.

Everyone was super kind and the wait staff couldn't have been more considerate and caring. Go go go! We are definitely coming back!

Hubby and I had just arrived for a Christmas holiday on the Broads. This inn was recommended to us. So pleased we came. Lovely, warm inviting atmosphere, busy at the bar, several people dining. Approx 6.30pm Thursday evening. We don't eat meat but eat fish, chose the scampi, chips, mushy peas and home-made tartare sauce. Delicious, freshly made (you can tell when it's not), served on piping hot plates just as hot food should be. Large serving too. The staff were friendly and attentive without being fussy. Prices very reasonable. Excellent choice, highly recommend this delightful, welcoming inn.

Cosy village pub, nice atmosphere, good food, friendly staff. Outside seating in a courtyard for warm weather. Generous portions at a reasonable price. How an old pub should be!

We visit this pub weekly. Dog friendly, I enjoyed the sausage and mash, but they have a pie menu. Local cask ales. Well supported by locals. Friendly staff. Quiz nights.

Although described as a restaurant there is a separate dog friendly bar area and drinkers are made welcome. There are a couple of real ales on. Varied menu from snacks to main meals. Well worth a visit.

Very busy for a Wednesday evening. The food was delicious. There was a little wait (a large sign stated all food cooked to order, so not unexpected). The bar team were very attentive and we had a really good evening. Will definitely be back.
I took no photos; too busy devouring the food!
