Brundall Dental Practice

Took my kids today to for a check up. Have to say that I've been living in Norwich for over two years and no dentist would accept them which is a disgrace. Brundall Dental Practice was the only one. The boy was really nervous but staff was great and felt at ease in no time. Thank you again for taking care of my children.

My children were luckily enough to get into this dentist. Both feel comfortable and I have said they like their dentist better than their last one. I have found the staff to be friendly, efficient and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Have been going to this dentist for a few years. They have always been very good. Saw the hygienist today who was excellent, explained every thing, gave helpful advice and understood how worried I was as I have very sensitive teeth. Would highly recommend this dentist. It is now private but there is a monthly payment plan and at least if you need urgent treatment you can be seen.

After literally years of trying to get our young son an appt Brundall Dental practise quickly got him in, very fast and efficient service and friendly staff.. Very happy mum and son.. Relieved!! Thank you, highly recommend .

Saw Simmy today. She gave me really good tips and advice how to deal with my gums. Throughout the dental hygiene procedure, she showed a lot of care. Paid attention to the little details like wiping my face when it gets wet. These little things shows she cares about the human on the chair and she is not just on autopilot. Dental visits are often nerve racking so to see someone who truly care makes all the difference. The dental nurse who was there she was also friendly and smiley. Very pleasant. Many thanks to both.

We had a very good experience today. My daughter has a phobia of the dentist and visits elsewhere have always been very stressful. We visited the practice for the first time and saw Dr Azhar, who was patient, understanding, warm and kind and made the experience pleasant and positive. This was by far the best dental experience she has had and the next 6 month checkup seems less daunting to her. Thank you!

Wentnin with trepidation after not having had a great experience either for myself or my children with another dentist (private no less) and this dentist seems passionate about keeping children within the NHS treatments where possible, as well as being incredibly kind, encouraging, explanatory and friendly. We came away feeling incredibly positive - thank YOU!

This dental surgery is just the model of 'best practice'. Having recently relocated from a 5 star establishment I would add an extra star if feasible. Responsive, professional and empathetic to customers their level of service is top notch from reception onwards. The actual dentist (Dr Chandrika Avvaru) is evidently gifted with the expertise and quality necessary for medical emergencies ; hats off all round.

My daughter had a great experience here today. She had some additional needs and is easily overwhelmed in medical settings but the staff, particularly Laura, were so patient and great at taking things at her pace and she giggled for most of the appointment. Thank you so much.

Our daughter had her first visit today at 21 months old. Mr Shaikh was lovely and treated Maisie and us with kindness and understanding. Would definitely recommend.

Great dentist / only dentist in norfolk to accept my children as nhs dentist in 4 years! I also liked that the dentist tried his best not to frighten my anxious children - for instance he attempted fillings without the dreaded needle and they were very greatful of that as they were scared going in, but left feeling more positive about their experience
