Went looking for an awning for our Motorhome.
Being 1st timers we didn't have a clue what we were looking for, but a member of staff, unfortunately I forget his name, but he was brilliant, extremely knowledgeable and honest.

After purchasing an awning back in October and realising before we went on trip we had not purchased an extra support pole , after contacting them they were so supportive and sent the part to us free of charge. Customer service was excellent . And very fast delivery. Thank you team .

Just had a great retail experience. My wife and I just purchased the 7.2 Gazebo with tilt roof blades, plus two lovely corner suites, which look fantastic in it.
Plus a new BBQ.
Sales and delivery guys were great, nothing was too much trouble for them.
We had a couple of small issues, which was sorted very quickly, and at our convenience.
We also purchased several items for our caravan, great selection to choose from.
We would have no problems recommending them to everyone for garden or camping needs.

First time visitor after reading all the other reviews. I had an excellent morning discovering Norwich Camping and Leisure. Every one I spoke to were so polite and helpful. I purchased an awning on the gentleman's advice. He was super - went through everything with me. He even took the time to come to the carpark and check my little van out for the best type of awning to fit it. Thank you all so much!

1st class service . Fantastic man we dealt with in awning department. We got it Easter holidays. Dometic size 13. Got 5 chairs as well. Going back to collect our awning carpet. Amazing service.

Helpful happy staff who are well informed about the stock they carry. Lots of choice of goods well kept & amazing range of tents to look at as they are pitched so you can see exactly what your getting.

This is a lovely place. We came here to buy some garden furniture. They have a great selection also a huge selection of BBQ's and fire pits, all at very affordable prices. The staff are very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. As our garden is still in the planning stage we will definitely be back!

This is a great shop - so many lovely things to buy for our motorhome, always very tempting to treat ourselves to something extra, we also enjoyed a lovely coffee and cake

Friendly and helpful staff..
Also a small butchers shop.. A 2 hour drive to purchase a bbq, but we'll worth the trip..
Coffee shop/cafe also on site.. We shall return.

I had a problem, i bought an awning at the NEC show then i changed the motorhome.
I got in touch with Matt from Norwich Camping & Leisure and explained the problem.
Matt arranged to get the awning picked up to change it for the one i now needed for the new motorhome.

Great place for lots of great things.
It is not easy to have a quick visit because it takes time to have a good look around.
But it is ok because they have a restaurant.
Stop for a quick drink and then you can carry on looking around. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Wow. Genuine 5 star service. We went following a recommendation from a family friend, we wanted to look at bbq types and they said this place had loads built up and on display. They wernt wrong and really helped us make a decision. They advertise a price match garentee, even on top of their sale reductions, and they honoured it for us no problem, even when price matched against an online seller so we made our purchase. No judgement when it didn't fit in the car, we bought it round to the entrance and they helped us decant the box and then took away the rubbish for us. Staff were so friendly and genuinly happy to help, we always worry with online price match that it's going to enoy them but this was not the case at all. These guys have got it spot on for competing against an online world. You can also message them before going to check the price match. The rest of the place is huge. So much stuff in stock. There's a cafe, butchers, car wash, tents and campervans on show too. 100% recomend. Wish we knew about it sooner. Thanks Norwich Camping and Leisure.

Great for all things camping. Enormous display of tents outside. Competitive prices. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Have used this site lots over several years. There service has been fantastic. On the one occasion I had a problem (fault with a tent) they resolved it quickly with no fuss.

Perfect service! If only every furniture purchase was like this! Found on YouTube had very informative videos on the brand we were intending to buy. Purchased an outdoor furniture set, was contacted promptly the following day and delivery arranged for the following day after that. Super fast! We are so pleased with our purchase and the experience of buying from this shop was a pleasure. Super friendly staff and delivered to our house with tricky access no issues. Exceeded all our expectations and wishes. We wish we lived closer so we could look around the store looks like a fab shop!
