I was recommended Stihl brand for a cordless lawnmower, and came across this website. Being a Channel Island resident, I noticed they advertised their prices without VAT as well, so I decided to order. Was pleasantly surprised that my address was accepted without any charge, and my order was completed. I ordered on 14/2, with a 7-10 day wait until dispatch. Items were dispatched on day 11 and arrived 3 days after. I ordered a lawnmower, a charger and a battery. Used for the first time today and I'm delighted with my purchase. Thank you again very much

Firstly they price matched a slightly cheaper quite I found as promised and then discounted further.

They were very polite and helpful.

It turned up within two days on tbe standard shipping charge.

Fantastic service, ordered an Ego chainsaw and strimmer for next day delivery. The staff went above and beyond to get my order to me,even when one of the items went out of stock after I’d placed the order and offered an alternative. Great chainsaw not yet used the strimmer.

As you can see from my pictures I’ve ordered quite a bit of kit from these and must say it’s been super easy. I mean order the product, get regular updates on delivery and to top it off I can never find anyone cheaper than them either.

I ordered a Stihl HSA 60 Cordless Hedge Trimmer package with AK10 battery and AL101 charger on Jan 30. In common with many other suppliers quoting reasonable prices, it was only available on back-order at the time, with a guesstimated delivery of 7-14 days.
The price was the best I could find, so I placed the order. I checked the Mowers2 Go website a few times in early-mid February and it was still out of stock. However, on 16 Feb, I was informed it had been dispatched and it turned up the following day.
Very pleased with the hedge trimmer and with Mowers2Go for advising in advance that there could a wait of around 2 weeks before receiving it - it means that I could plan my work accordingly.

Bought a stihl cordless extendable hedge trimmer. Spoke with them to clarify battery size. I found them very helpful,polite and informative. I will definitely use this company again.

Ordered and paid for a Stihl AK20 battery online. When I chased it up about 10 days later I was advised it was now out of stock but a better battery which was in stock (AK30) would be sent out that week at no extra cost. When this also hadn’t arrived about 10 days later I called again and was advised the previous employee I had spoken to hadn’t passed the message on and had now left the company but I was promised that an AK30 would be sent out that day and would be with me the next day. I thought this very unlikely, given the extended delay so far, but was pleasantly surprised when it WAS actually delivered the next day!

Mowers2Go did not have to offer a (considerably) more expensive replacement - I suspect most companies would have simply refunded the payment for the item ordered, but this gesture was great customer service - I would definitely recommend this company and would use again.

At the time of ordering, Mowers2Go had the best price for a Stihl mower that I had decided on. I was given an estimated delivery timescale and kept up to date with progress of my order. Impeccable service and good communications. Would definitely use them again.

I tried to order online a STIHL HLA 56 hedge trimmer about a fortnight before Christmas and found it almost impossible; either the businesses didn’t have it in stock OR it was on back order OR they didn’t have either the battery or charger OR it was only available for collect or local delivery OR they would only deliver to the address held for my bank card and not elsewhere OR, in the case of one business, their online payment system wouldn’t accept my payment details, despite trying three different payment options on three different devices (I hate to think how much business they must be losing!)

After just about giving up, Mowers2Go came to the rescue with the power unit in stock and with options to buy accessories, including the battery and charger. I liked the fact that their website was clear and easy to use, with a note explaining whether the items were packaged and ready to despatch before Christmas. Payment was straightforward and even with Standard Delivery the item arrived within two working days in a well-packaged box. The trimmer is a gift, so I can’t comment on the product, but I can recommend Mowers2Go for service and ease-of-use of their website.
