Pete was absolutely amazing. We came in right before close to get some hiking shoes with no clue what we needed. He offered a lot of help and advice to ensure we got what we needed. He then continued to keep the store open as we looked for some new jackets. He knew exactly what we were looking for and even went into the storeroom to find the perfect match for what we wanted, at the best price. He also took time to give us tips on the best walking trails, places to eat in town and even a few local breweries to check out. He also told us to pop back to the store if we needed anymore help with anything during our visit. Simply the best customer service we have ever received. Thank you Pete, absolute legend!

The store has a variety of choices and we managed to get a nice pair of boots and some outfit. Price is super good after comparing with some nearby. The woman staff is warm hearted and helpful too.

I went to buy some shoes, and a very friendly girl helped us, her name was Maloryn. Her attention was excellent, he helped us with everything we needed and was a great help in choosing the shoes we were looking for. Definitely unparalleled attention.

Lots of stock for a small space but they are limited by wall & floor space! very helpful lads on the till, we were in a rush to find something & they knew exactly where it was as soon as we asked, and had a good joke with them during checkout.

Good products and good prices, but above all excellent customer service. The staff are friendly and knowledgable and go the extra mile to be helpful - which is why we returned to them for purchases during our Ambleside holiday.

I went to trespass to find a children’s item but they didn’t stock what I was looking for. The staff told me which shops in the area might have the item and where the shops are located. I found this unprompted gesture very friendly and helpful as I didn’t have to ask and rather than leaving the shop disappointed I left content and would definitely return if I need anything else.

Visited Trespass in Ambleside a couple of times while on holiday. Good choice of clothes and friendly staff,will definitely come back.
