BLOC Holmfirth

Delicious food with loads of brunch choices, you are spoilt for choice. French Toast was huge and really different, coffee was delicious. Lovely outdoor seating area, friendly staff, would definitely return!

Went with a friend in June 2023. Staff welcoming as we entered, was a busy Saturday but managed to find a table - seats inside/out (mostly covered in case of rain outside). Menu small (often a good sign in my opinion) but plenty we could pick from. Three cheese on sourdough toast was delicious! Coffee nicely done as well. Staff friendly and chatty. My only slight dig was that I couldn’t find a menu online to look at beforehand. Would definitely return again next time I’m in Holmfirth.

Visited for a coffee on a rainy morning and it was surprisingly busy. I ordered a flat white which was made absolutely perfectly and was a delicious coffee. Prices are good and food looks good. Staff are friendly too.

A really disappointing experience 11 months ago due to staff shortages and no service but back to its best and back to its original name. Lovely carrot cake and coffee. Would highly recommend.

Such a cute place, so cosy yet bright and airy. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the tiffin I had was delicious. Most importantly the coffee (decaf latte) was the perfect strength, temperature (not too hot) and thickness (not too thick or thin), soooo tasty. Didn't order other food but the French toast/beans on toast/eggs & avocado on toast looked insane. Would highly recommend if you're in the area.

Great food, good coffee and fantastic staff. Dogs are welcome in their outdoor seating area. There are heaters outside, but Bloc also provide blankets too. Genuinely cannot fault them.

My husband and I shared an Almond croissant this morning, delicious. Well I say shared. He had the lions half. Great place, great coffee

Happened to stop at the Cave Café just as it was closing, but the lovely staff couldn’t do enough to accommodate us.
Two delicious hot chocolate’s, and a couple of there beautiful cakes later, we were well prepared for the ‘Moss’ 🚵🏼‍♂🚵🏼‍♂🚵🏼‍♂

Really tasty bunch and coffee. The French toast and avocado toast were both delicious. Really generous portions and great coffee from the roaster over the river.

Get the Granola Bowl you will not be disappointed! Fantastic place and the food on others tables looked amazing, including the pancakes!! Highly recommended, coffee is great too and very reasonable prices. Would definitely come here daily if staying local.

Beautiful brunch, perfect sized menu to cater for all. Coffee divine (beans will be purchased) and we have to take away an amazing cake from the selection that was on offer. Dangerously close to our new house, so we will definitely be regulars. Staff were so lovely and pleasant too along with lovely locals who chatted to us.

Excellent food. Called in on a Sunday midday while out on a bike ride. Better quality and presentation than our usual cafe stops! Busy but quick and polite service. Not cheap but quality food.
