A really nice bacon butty. You may think that it would be hard to get wrong, but this was my second attempt of the day. The first gave my two shoddy, hard, tiny pieces of bacon on dry, sliced-bread.
The Flower Café gave my succulent bacon slices on delicious granary bread. The coffee was great too. The service was quick and friendly. Mostly local /regular patrons in, which is always a good sign.

Thank you so much to the lovely lady who helped me today! From helping me with my pram, to making sure my little girl was comfortable in her seat, you made us feel really welcome in your establishment. Many thanks 😊

Lovely little cafe, super helpful staff. Managed to accommodate 5 adults, one toddler and 3 greyhounds inside during a busy lunchtime with grace and humour. Lots of good vegan options. 😊

Best breakfast I've ever had! Freshly cooked, the sausage is the best I've ever tasted, we couldn't finish the large breakfast it was absolutely well worth the trip and the staff are lovely

Absolutely fantastic.
I'm lactose intolerant and so is the lady who served me. So she totally understood my issues.
Dairy free cheese, dairy free ice cream, dairy free milk alternatives.

Coffee was great and my wife loved the tea!

And the dairy free raspberry ice cream... Get involved!

Absolutely lovely little cafe and lovely staff. Outside seating is by the main road but it wasn't frustrating at all.

If you have any dietary requirements, this is the place to go. They will look after you!

The Wife and I stopped here for a rest between Solihull and Matlock. We had iced coffees and bacon, brie & cranberry paninis. There were delicious and reasonably priced. So good in fact, that we stopped here again on the way back!
The wife now asking about the next trip and no doubt we'll try to stop here again.
We sat outside as it was so nice, but inside looked nice also. Staff were lovely and pleasant also.

What a great find! A lovely cappuccino & our paninis were delicious. My sister said her hot chocolate was one of the best she's had (and she's an choc expert) creamy, smooth & not over-sweet. All served with a smile 🤩

Yup, it’s Dog Friendly, with great staff who loved this little guy too. Good selection of allergen friendly foods for those gluten/lactose intolerant.

Have gone past a few times and always wanted to pop in, well today I was out with my daughter and we popped in for a pot of tea and some cake, she had the Victoria sponge and I had the gluten free lemon drizzle cake, both looked beautiful and tasted just as good, the tea was excellent as was the service and place was clean and very welcoming. I will definitely be back 5 stars

A trip up to the peak district is never complete without a Saturday morning breakfast here! Going on for 5 years now that we've been visiting and it's always great. The staff are so lovely, nothing is too much to ask and they're always friendly. We've never felt like we've had to wait too long and the atmosphere is great. Plus points for being dog friendly inside and out. It seems popular with the locals so you know it's good! Never had a bad breakfast from here. Totally recommend

Absolutely perfect for anyone with any intolerances, allergies or dietary choices. Staff were all very kind and helpful and also accommodate dogs aswell. My girlfriend is rarely able to have so much choice so it's great to see cafés like this one. The food was was also really good and helped round off an all round great trip in the peak District. Definitely coming back whenever nearby!
