Great choice of stock and lots of savings and very helpfull staff.

Excellent customer service, I overheard a conversation that a customer in the store was having with one of the managers/ supervisors (small Asian woman) The customer was frustrated about the priceing arrangement of a particular item. From what I understood the pricing was not clear. The matter was handled extremely well, I returned to the store later that same day to return a item that I had changed my mind about, the staff once again handled the matter without delay.

First I must start with customer service. Though at first glance seemed short of staff for such a large establishment. However quantity is nothing compared to quality and this is something I could tell the staff here take pride in. The shelfs were well presented and shop floor kept very clean. I needed assistance to locate more stock and the gentleman offered to help to locate this inquiry. At the checkout there were temporary issues with the checkout, however the young lady behind the counter maintained her professionalism and showed patience even when tested by two other customers. So 5stars well earned. I will be visting again as the gentleman was able to provide more information about the product to which I was seeking.

Poundstretcher is one of my favorite store, lots bargain and variety of different things for the home. They also does food stuff ( if you love sugar) prices reasonable and staff friendly and helpful

You want fun cute essentials for almost nothing? Example.. four outlet power cord. Local shop? 8.99, hardware store? 6.99 pound store? 2.99 yes. Glasses,kitchen roll bog roll,??? Why pay more? Save your extra change for a pint!
