Holdcroft Hyundai

On March 1st 2024 I bought my third car from Holdcroft Hyundai & the whole experience was fantastic. A big thank you to the wonderful Carol Burgess who once again made the entire process a pleasure & went to great lengths to secure my i30 N in the colour & spec that I'd requested. Would highly recommend.

Bought my brand new i10 on 1st March 2024. This is my fourth car from Hyundai Hanley, and also fourth time having the wonderful Carol Burgess look after the whole process from start to finish. Each time I renew my car I always seek to have the process dealt with by Carol, she always does her absolute best to get you the best deal and handle the whole purchase/collection process seamlessly. Never had any issues with all my cars, and highly recommend Hyundai Hanley. 10/10

Carol is fantastic and very knowledgeable about Hyundai cars as well as being the Motability expert. She made the whole process easy as they did all the paperwork.
On the vehicle handover I told her how nervous and anxious i was due to us decided that going electric would be more beneficial for me. I needn't have worried as Carol took me through everything, sat in the car with me and explained what everything was and how to use the vehicle as well as linking it with the BlueLink app.
She made everything so very straight forward which I am extremely grateful for.
The staff also weren't bothered about my 1 year old screaming and wanting to explore everywhere 🙈😂 which again was a relief to me.

Excellent Buying Process!
The whole buying experience, from beginning to end, has been effortless. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. David kept us informed about delivery times and explained the handover details. Everything went without a hitch, and we love the new car.

Just brought a second hand car from Holdcroft Hyundai, Leek Road, Stoke on Trent, an i20. Pete has been very helpful with the whole process of viewing the car and to picking it up today. There was a couple of issues with the body work, but every thing we noticed they put right with no mither, looks lovely and like a new car. Definitely recommend them to buy a car from. I recently have purchased a Hyundai I30 N from this place and the service was spot on!! I enquired initially in December 2023 and was given regular updates on the cars situation right until acquiring in March. A special mention to Carol Burgess who helped me with everything throughout the process and making the transition seamless as well as checking up within the first weekend on how the car has been thus far. I can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car and will be definitely purchasing again in the future.

We had a brilliant experience at Hyundai Leek Road. Pete was very helpful from the first time we went in. On the day we picked up our first EV car, he made sure that he had plenty of time to go through everything and even took me out on a drive to show me how the break peddles worked on the steering wheel. I had to go back the next day for a software update and the chap in the service department was also very helpful and showed me how to use certain things that I had already forgotten about. First class service from the first day we decided on a test drive in a Tuscon until we chose our car and colour. Peter our rep was fantastic, kept us upto date with everything as we awaited the delivery. David has been absolutely brilliant to deal from the start of the car purchase process right through to the collection of our car. He kept us fully informed along every step of the purchase and made sure that our car was like new when we came to collect it.
