The Hillberry Store

Very suspicious and follow you around. I had my pram and baby with me. Also they don’t have prices displayed so you have to keep going back and forth to ask the shopkeeper. They are suspicious of you. Not very friendly at all.

This store is on a app called snappy shopper I made a huge order worth nearly £30.00 for collection. Only to find that when I arrived two streets away from the store I get a notification saying the order has been declined as the stock was not in. Now these items I ordered are not all the same product it. The order was San Miguel 4 pack x 6, Guinness 4 pack x 6 and Mangers cider 4 pack x 6! How on earth can a business falsely advertise on their profile via snappy shopper for these items for them to not be In stock. Not one single part of my order. Being frustrated as my wife had ordered all this hoping we would get this on collection I called the number that was linked to this business. The response from the man on the phone was not an apology but to laugh when I asked for my money back and advised me to contact snappy shopper as that is who I paid through. This is shocking customer service.
In the end I found a supplier happy with my money for me to collect with a great service in a near by store on Anchor Road. Snappy Shopper if you want to make a good business you need to remove Hillberry Store off your application ASAP as this is a fraudulent shop who does not even care about your reputation and their own in fact!!!!!!

Do not go here your business else where my 2 girls went here to choose some snacks has a treat from me for being could'nt choose what they wanted straight away and 1 was asked to leave the shop i told my othe daughter remaining in the shop to put the things down do not give her custom as anything could happen to either of them i get some people would steel if mine did id take them to the police station myself and hand them in bad custom services

Just went in there with my sister and he said one of us had to go out cuz we were looking suspicious apparently and it would help if he put prices on his sweets and crisps so my sister had to wait outside and I showed him my money and said u look suspicious so I put my stuff back and walked out with my sisters
