Picked up my new jogger on Friday. Ollie has been brilliant throughout, keeping me updated on when the car was built and being shipped over. Love my new car. Brilliant customer service and had no issues.

I collected my car on Monday and have been very happy with the service I have received from start to finish.
Oliver helped with any questions I had and made sure I had a proper look around the car.
I suffer with anxiety but I was made to feel comfortable which really helped to make sure that I got what I needed and a big plus it is a pretty colour too :)

Great experience from start to finish. Zaine helped us choose the best car for our needs out of a great choice. Car was great spec! Zaine went through all the paperwork with us and showed us round the car explaining what everything does! Highly recommend Holdcroft Dacia. You even get videos from your car!

From start to finish Oliver gave first class service. It was a difficult time and difficult decision for myself and my husband but Oliver guided us through, gave advice and kept us informed on the progress of the vehicle throughout. At the handover he was amazing explaining everything in a way that I understood and made me feel confident to drive the vehicle.

We unexpectedly found ourselves looking for a new car following an accident. Being from Solihull we went to our local branch first, when looking on the Holdcraft website it became apparent that Hanley had great stock levels, so we took a trip up the M6 to see for ourselves. At the point we arrived we didn't really know what we wanted.

We were met by Zaine, who spent time with us, talking us through the different options and the pros and cons of each, no pushy sales, just time, care and attention. He gave us info and facts when we wanted them and left us alone to think we we wanted that. Once we had chosen the car, he guided us through the process and made sure the car was in good order.

A week later I came back to Stoke by train to collect, he met us at the station and gave us a lift to the show room, sorted the 'drive away insurance', and we were done.

There are still one or to bits to be completed, but we have the car now and are very happy with it.
