Went here today for Sunday lunch and it was phenomenal!
Very well presented, cooked to perfection and tasted outstanding.
The service was fluid and very well managed. Kudos to the front of house staff and waiting team. We were made to feel welcome in a lovely family run pub.
Hands down the best Sunday lunch I've had in a long long time! Highly recommended and we will 100% be returning.

Went to the Creigiau Inn last night. Delicious meal of pheasant in cider sauce. It was absolutely lovely.

Haven't been to the pub for years even if I leave 5 minutes walks away
Since the ownership changed recently it looks like I can only hear good things about it.
I have twice in the last two weeks for the pub quiz.
Can't say a lot about the food yet but the chips are really nice 🙂.
The ambience during the quiz is really good and it's nice to see the village back in the pub.
Will try food soon

Absolutely amazing food popped in yesterday as hadn't been for years theyvwere severing food ended up having 3 course meal . Lamb shank was the best I've ever had or seen everything was perfect

Visited a few times recently following an evening walk in the local countryside, welcoming pub with a nice beer garden.
Good to see that they are following Covid guidelines fully including taking contact details for track and trace (very few pubs doing this at the moment!). Will be back again.

Sept 2023. New owner and what a difference it has made. Nothing is a problem. Great service. And great food. So pleased this pub has been rejuvenated by the new owner.

Great local pub with great atmosphere and good food

Stopped here for a quick pint with my sister as the Lewis arms in Pentyrch was closed for some reason. Hadn’t been here for years, but will definitely visit again. Excellent pint of Guinness 😊

Take away (pick-up and go) fish and chips was excellent. Really crisp batter, both salad and peas accompanying, huge portion - we saved half the chips to reheat the next day. £7.50 a portion is the same as the more upmarket fish and chips in west Cardiff but this was better.

Amazing food at great value esp Sunday Roast. Being an ale drinker i was extremly happy to find Doombar and a nice Brains on the pumps. Friendly staff make you feel most welcome. Nice beer garden for the summer. Good quiz on a tuesday. The place is nice, clean and tidy.. a great pub!

Decent honest pub food. Friendly and polite staff and a nice beer garden to sit out and enjoy the sunshine.
Fair prices for food too.

Tried Sunday lunch here today. Really friendly welcome with a lovely lamb dinner. All piping hot and real gravy. Massive portions. Quality grub. Will be returning on a regular basis.

Linda and her staff go above and beyond, delishious food massive portions so great value for money. Lovely atmosphere. Linda always has time for her guests and will stop and chat. Highly recommend.

Always enjoy a meal here. Staff friendly and good menu choices, especially for vegetarians! Great portions of high quality food.

We were looking for somewhere to eat and saw this place on google maps and we were not disappointed. The food was beautiful and the portion size was very generous and price was great. We look forward to visiting again very soon

Fantastic atmosphere with warm friendly staff. Food excellent with a great choice. Never usually a problem finding a seat too.
