I have to say went here and didn't expect the service we had from start to finish I have never been looked after so well. Staff are just amazing couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you so much 😀😀

Best stuff and very nice place. Beautiful cars, and not expensive. Louis is the best salesman, did everything right . Absolutely amazing everything. After half hour we drove our new car. Thank you all for everything.

We visited today to have a look at what was available, we were looking for a small car for myself..

On arrival, we were asked if we had an appointment, which we didn’t which wasn’t a problem we were introduced to Joe, who was a pleasure to deal with. Courteous, polite and above all very helpful.

He enquired what we were looking for and we explained that initially we were just looking to get an idea of what small cars were available.

We were pleasantly surprised at what there was.

Joe was on hand to answer our questions and open cars so that we could sit in.

Although we didn’t purchase anything today, following Joe’s excellent customer service we felt that we would come back once we’ve made a decision on exactly what (I am looking for).

Numerous staff around the showroom and outside area who were approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is excellent. Plenty of cars to choose from including some with towbars and electrics, which was what we needed. Whole process of buying a new second hand car was easy, with no complications whatsoever. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Collected a few vehicles from here, staff are friendly and helpful. Cant fault them

Well what an amazing experience from start to finish. From The Sales to the financing & car collection. All involved were very helpful, explained everything perfectly. Came with my daughter & purchased a car then came back with my son 2 months later purchased another car. Will definitely come back.

Brilliant workers and watched a YouTubers started to be rude to one of the workers but there handled it well, ungrateful didn't buy a car due to money but will be back when I do get a car.

got a good price and when I had a family issue which delayed me taking my car up to trade in the staff were very understanding and helpful.

We bought the car two weeks ago, I am very pleased with the service and the process of buying the car. I mention that this is my first car and I have no contraindications to this place. the gentleman who drove us was not intrusive, even helpful and willing to present the car we were most interested in. I recommend this place the most.

Would love to give DENNIS from the Cardiff North branch a massive shout out!! For what we understand he’s been with the company for only a few weeks but his professionalism and courtesy was amazing! At no point did we feel pressured into purchasing, he listened and understood our concerns and offered us an amazing overall service!

Great service from start to finish .. we went in and was greeted by Steve .. he talked us through absolutely everything without making it overwhelming and confusing.. e.g tax brands, finance prices, fuel types, how to avoid the clean air zones in diesels. He was very knowledgeable and paid great attention to what we really needed wanted/needed. There was never any pressure applied. Once we found the car we wanted we was then passed onto Megan for our finance deal. She was great ! Again straight forward, honest and just a lovely lady. I would absolutely recommend trade centre wales! Thanks again guys!

Great choice of cars, competitive prices, found a real gem of a car! Bobby was really helpful as we picked out the car we decided on and the whole process was quick and easy and the staff in the completions office were excellent too. Thoroughly recommend this dealer.
