Co-op Food - Ripley - High Street

Visited this Coop on my way through. There is a lot of parking which is good. The set up is good. There is lots of fresh produce on display. The shelves are well stocked up. The staff I found friendly and ready to go the extra mile. The queuing time was minimal. I was very impressed with the store. There is a cash machine outside which is useful. I will use this store again.

Within walking distance of The Talbot. Nicely stocked items and great prices .

The store looked clean and tidy. Nicola who works here is a legend. Nicola works hard all the time to achieve targets in the store. Nicola is always happy and smiley.

We'll stocked, pleasant staff, clean and tidy. A great little local place to shop.

A good local store

I love the convenient opening hours of the co-op. The shop was also well-stocked and had everything I needed. I was hoping to quickly pop in and out today but unfortunately, there was a large queue at checkout with just one staff member in sight. Eventually, the staff member asked for another assistant to join him but this was after a long period of time. The woman in front of me was clearly also frustrated by the time she had waited. I'm not sure for the reason behind the wait.

Lovely coop store, but the staff can be quite rude.
I went in yesterday for cooked meat, and there was a sign with back in 10 minutes due too unforeseeable circumstances. OK not a problem, but when you have two other members of staff close by that ignore you, I
that's not on.,
when I had asked too be served.
Staff need too be trained, to a better standard.

Just went in to buy some food and the who works there is a depressing miserable guy and my colleague ask him a question and he stormed off.
When we to pay our stuff and he was so rude we did not feel welcome at all need to sort out your customers service skills and attitude absolutely appalling... SORT OUT YOUR ATTITUDE.
