Budgens of Rydens Way

The shop gets better all the time. Best customer service in 10 years. In the past 6 months they have had nearly everything we have gone in to get. Even onion rings on Xmas day.

Excellent local shop, clean, friendly, great parking outside & easily accessible on foot or by bike.

Shocking shop. As soon as me and my girlfriend with our two young kids walked in we were greeted with “make sure your daughter doesn’t ride her bike in here or your be out” watched us around the whole store like we were stealing then at the end insisted we couldn’t pay with card because we only were buying a drink for my daughter? This is meant to be a budgens.. I didn’t think they had card limits? It’s very weird how all the other budgens I’ve visited have had brilliant customer service yet this one doesn’t?

Would give less than one if i could. Rude attitude. Lazy.. slaking. Bad image for Budgens.

Alot of items without the price of asked will show attitude towards the customer. And tell customer to take item all the way back without manners.
