Giant Store Guildford

Above and beyond. I had some odd needs to address after a bike fit (smaller handlebars and a raised Stem) and they made it all happen for the same price and in the same time frame. The checking out process was thorough and, having left them with my bike fit measurements they'd set it up, ready to go. It's a great bike but made immeasurably better by the team.

Like many during the lockdown, I decided to venture into the world of cycling. Being a novice here is somewhat disorientating; however, Simon and Rick at the Giant store were the perfect guides. They took time in explaining all the different configurations available to a newbie like me and then care in fitting the bike to my wants and needs, which they did using lasers and several other impressive devices. At that time, there were supply issues for bikes across the country, but Simon handled this all with ease and delivered the perfect bike to me on time. The bike itself is brilliant, beautifully made and a joy to ride!

Excellent service.
I was in trouble due to a snapped chain and dodgy derailleur (thanks to some bodged work at a well known bike shop that rhymes with Evans).
I took my road bike in at short notice (10 mins!) and the gents in Giant sorted all my issues and explained the problems.
I will be taking my bikes in here for future services.

Bought two Talon's last year - great experience, got lucky with 2 cancelled orders so didn't have to wait.

Had a flat tyre today, called in expecting to leave the wheel for a few days - they fixed on the spot to save me having to call back - amazing service - highly recommended

Outstanding bike fit from Mitch - he is so knowledgeable about the mechanics of the body, and soft tissue/ligaments in particular. He spent ages getting it just right and was never in a rush. Bike now feels great. I cannot recommend the value that this £120 delivers more highly. You will not be disappointed! Simon

This is not the only bike shop in Guildford to give good service but good service they certainly give. Simon (the boss) is ready to talk bikes and give advice without sales pressure. Ben (mechanic) did a great job on my new Talon Zero including fitting upgrades and making the little adjustments that make for a personal service. Communication was excellent and, as you would expect, the bike came to the pre-agreed price.
I had passed the shop so many times but now I'm glad I went in.

Popped in as another shop had over-tightened my pedals. They were all super helpful and got it sorted out there and then. 👍

Excellent service. I purchased a road bike through cyclescheme and after trawling through the web for all kinds of bike options I settled on the Defy 0 from the Giant Store in Guildford, I couldn't have been happier with the service. On collection of the bike they spent around 45minutes ensuring the fit and set up were correct. Unless you are proficient at these type of adjustments, I would always say purchase from a shop. There is no point spending a few hundred pounds and then not having it set up specifically for you body size. If you are in the Guildford area I would highly recommend the giant store.

Very kind people working in there and a massive help stuck my bike in Saturday was ready by Monday. Am very happy with the job these people did and would recommend them to anyone, will definitely will be using them again.

New to cycling and having done a few hundred miles, I thought I might benefit from a bike fitting as I have had several injuries over the years (broken neck, ACL ruptured twice, Cartilage damage in both knees etc etc) but was slightly sceptical as to the depth of knowledge I would encounter. I went in and spoke with Mitch, who, very quickly alleviated my concerns and I booked the fitting. Having had my cleats adjusted, seat raised considerably and handle bar stem shortened my first outing was a trip from Le Harve to Cherbourg. All went well, no back pains anymore and a noticeably difference in my power output. Excellent job Mitch, I would thoroughly recommend the fitting (and Mitch). Thank you
