Passage to India Takeaway

I bought a lamb biryani for someone from Sri Lanka who works in a shop where I live in Thornton Heath on 1/2/24.

He wanted to know how good the food was in the area I work. He had been asking for 3 weeks and I finally got round to it. I tried to order from somewhere else on Uber delivery the day before but after 2 hours the order was cancelled. So I decided to order and pick up this time.

I called at 17.35 as soon as they were open. I told them I would collect after I finish work.

The person I bought it for let the other workers in the shop try a bit.

When I went back to the shop they all asked me if I had tried or ordered before which I haven't yet. They gave it 10/10 and we're raving about it. So now I have to try the food which I will do. They absolutely loved it. No peas in veg curry and I don't like peas.

If the Chef does a dry veg without sauce I would try this as well so I will find out.

Perfect service and meeted and greeted with a smile. Would totally recommend on the feedback I was given. If the person I gave it to says it was good then it is good.

This is the best Indian takeaway in the area by miles, I'd never go anywhere else for a curry as these guys smash it every time. Never had a bad dish from here, very reasonably priced, friendly staff and the food is 10/10. Sometimes we walk away with free food added on too... faultless place!

I was REALLY impressed by the service. The delivery time was super quick, the food was piping hot and each meal was clearly labelled which I really liked.

The food was super tasty too, felt authentic and cooked with fresh ingredients.

Plus, the portion sizes were generous. I will definitely be ordering from here again

Really nice takeaway! We ordered here for the first time last night and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was fresh, tasty and not swimming in oil! Arrived hot. Even the delivery man was friendly! Will be our new regular takeaway.

Ordered for the first time last night after reading the good reviews and wasn't disappointed. The food was really delicious, arrive hot and in good time under an hour, friendly and polite delivery man. Overall great experience and would definitely order again.

Ordered food for delivery tonight online for the first time. Kukd website worked perfectly. Excellent and polite service when we rang the restaurant to add a dish which we paid cash for on delivery. The food arrived ahead of schedule and was incredible. As good as any we’ve ever had! Sensational!

Excellent takeaway food. I have ordered from here twice now and the food was delivered well within an hour and it has been hot, fresh and very tasty. I recommend the chicken handi which was especially delicious.

The food is tasty, the quality is good, the portions are generous, the delivery is quick, and the customer service is great. Butter Chicken and Saag Paneer are our favourite dishes from here.

Last week I had Chicken TM, Chicken Korma, Keema Puri, coconut rice, onion bajis & popudums with the dips... Utterly magnificent!!! I have used them for donkeys years but this was beyond their normal great.

Honestly one of the freshest and tastiest curry’s I’ve had in London! The meat is great quality and tender! Highly recommend

Passage to India is one of the best Restaurant's in London suburbian area. The Restaurant owner is a great cook and a generous descent guy from Bangladesh. I used to eat many times out there. My favourite food was Chicken Tikka Masala with Pilau Rice and Pappadoms. I suggest that if you want to enjoy a great meal you must visit Passage to India. Gosh I miss their food.

Tried for the first time. Great tasting food, fresh ingredients, well flavoured. Would definitely recommend
