So good to see how much this store has improved in the past 12 months.
The layout is more interesting the range seemed to have been enlarged.

They seem to have kept the prices under control.

The one constant point is the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff.

Tia served me today even at 7:30 in the evening she was there behind the counter with a bright happy smiling face.
She assisted me in getting the right food for a Chihuahua and even went and fetched a couple fat ball tubs which I had almost forgotten.
I can also confirm that she is a dab hand driving a pallet truck.
Keep up the good work.

Update March 2023
Another excellent visit to this lovely store which has had a bit of a makeover in the past few months.
On this visit the staff had to just received the delivery of 12 pallets of merchandise and I have to say that they were on it it with the speed and Efficiency of a Formula 1 pit stop team.

Martha the Manager was bright and sparkling and and handled my enquiries in a cheerful professional and efficient Manner.
One of the team members a young gentleman even went as far as to check the unpacked pallets for one of the items I was hoping to buy top marks for his enthusiasm.
I will be back again soon.

I went into jolleys today looking to get a cockateil. The assistants were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Nice clean and tidy shop

I came in looking to buy a pair of Dumbo rats. Left the same day with two beautiful boys. All staff have been super helpful even when viewing the boys as someone who's in a wheelchair they catered to my needs. I often enjoy going back in to look for little treats for the boys and have a good chat with the lovely staff.

Lots of parking. Easy to get to. Well stocked and friendly staff

The lady I met was lovely with my dog, who felt nervous. Signed me up to get a discount and gave all-around friendly service. Lots of items for your pets in here.

Nice pet store, lots in there. Rabbits, birds hamsters and fish, find those towards the back of the store. Friendly staff, helpful.

Great place for pet food and really friendly staff

We came in to get some cleaning products for our standard poodle and of course they have hair not fur, we needed to get the right thing. The assistant manager helped us choose the products which were the most suitable. Their selection was great and the girl on the check out was also really friendly. I highly recommend them!

Called in today for my first time. Had previously been into Pets at Home and received dreadful service from some sarcastic assistant.

I go in Jollyes every other week. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and most will recognise you when you walk in. Also, if you've seen it cheaper they will price watch, but, they will check if you are telling the truth.. Also, manager is also open to suggestions.
So, in all. A Great place for all your pets needs and luxuries 👍👍

Really friendly, helpful staff every time I go in there. Recently left my card in the store in Bridgwater and a colleague came to find me to give my card back, it’s the small things that count 😀 always smiling and happy to help where possible.
