Heather's customer service is amazing, kind and understanding, very helpful and made sure I left with the correct products I needed. Goes above and beyond. Will return when I need more over other stores now.

I was served by Sona N who was super helpful and kind. Had a lot of knowledge about products and was able to give me the best product possible! Amazing service and quality products, the times look fantastic in my bathroom!

Lady on the counter was awesome. She sorted what i wanted no fuss and even kept calm and polite when i unintentionally messed her around with item's.

I had tried to get what I needed in wickes and they had nothing as to what I needed. So went to tool station and staff there were confident, helpful and with a better service, so I will be going there instead from now on

What can you say, reliability most stuff in stock good returns. Opens early and closes late so not a problem if working.

Ordered items in the morning. Had to travel to pick them up from Toolstation in Bridgnorth. Picked items up first thing. Great service and efficiency. Worth the 30 mile distance to travel.

A young worker Karolis (sorry if spelt wrong) in Bridgwater Shop did his best helping me to find product codes on his phone but sadly it was out of stock. He suggested to have a look in bargain corner and I was able to buy what I needed

Done, click and collect in and out, job done. Fare prices, good stock range. Albeit, they were out if stick of some things. But, in this present crises, everyone is.

Huge range of products cheap stuffs run of the mill but also sell brand stuff. Staff are helpful and patient. Delivery service is incredible.

Fast becoming the go to place for tools, equipment and materials. Very helpful staff. The general public are just as welcome as trades people. And free coffee and tea too!

Went in looking for a high power drill you didn't have the one I was looking for but they still had good stock of medium and smaller drills still good shopping highly recommended
