Been here a couple times, both times not peak times, and served very quickly, friendly staff, and very accommodating to dietary requirements and requests. Great value when using a taste card. Food delicious each time too. 👍

Accommodated us when we arrived at 9:30pm for dinner. Friendly staff and good food.

My wife enjoyed her gluten-free pizza, the atmosphere was pleasant. We went earlier in the evening and it wasn't too busy. Used Tesco Clubcard vouchers to pay for meal on a Saturday which was a benefit.

Great food, lovely service at lunch time, very reasonably priced! The food was fresh and healthy, and a massive menu with lots of veggie options!

Warm and pretty interior with various seating sections inside. Love the decorations! Staff were very friendly, the pasta we had were delicious and nicely cooked, perfect for a chilly evening before walking back to our hotel.

Arrived Winchester on a Saturday night (9pm)... all restaurant I entered had the "kitchen closed" (despite were still serving guests and accepting reserved tables).

I was not in a mood for Italian food but Prezzo was the only one in Jewry St accepting new guests (we were two). Well... let give it a try! Restaurant was almost empty... but what a surprise! Great service and really nice food! Probably one of the best bolognese and pizza we ate recently. The chocolate tart was also delicious. Well done guys! You will be our choice in the next visit to Winchester.

Had lunch with the family here. Great food, and service from Anna. Good menu to choose from. Accept clubcard vouchers which is a real bonus. Recommend a visit.

We have just had a one of the best restaurant experiences at lunchtime for my daughters birthday . The service from the team was excellent the staff were patient and nothing was too much trouble , food was lovely too . I would like to thank out waiter Will who went out of his way to ask my daughters name before he brought out the cake which made her feel so special especially as she has spent the last two birthdays in lockdown , thank you again we will definitely be back

Really friendly staff ,fresh food and really cute restaurant loved the high tables under the indoor tree canopy .house wine and prosecco good quality and taste for price 😋👌🏼

I know this is a chain but sometimes they do things better than small places and Prezzo is one of those chains. Excellent Bolognese. Amazing coffee. Wonderful friendly service. Had a lovely afternoon lunch here.

Love the Prezzo restaurant chain. Always lovely food. How ever it was the staff at this restaurant that really made the difference. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. 5 stars from me!!!

Despite the restaurant being packed to capacity the whole evening, the staff were still very attentive and polite. Ellis was our waiter, and my girlfriend and I cannot fault his service. He was extremely friendly and made the dining experience so much better. He made sure we weren't forgotten amongst the other customers, and gave us a lovely card at the end of the meal. Hopefully we will be visiting again and will have the pleasure of having Ellis serve us again.

Really excellent service. Friendly and accommodating. They adapted the children's menu for my vegan son no problem. Gorgeous vegan pizza for us adults too! And with the 'kids eat for a pound' offer it was really very good value.

I have been to other branches of Prezzo in London - this is by far the best in terms of food. The chef here knows exactly what they are doing and they care about what they are serving - the tiramasu was not too sweet or too bitter, was upset when it finished!! The gluten free pasta with prawns - pasta cooked to perfection (which can be hit and miss with gluten free), generous prawn distribution, good tasting sauce - not too sour or too sweet- to the Chef at Prezzo- Thank you for a very good tasting meal!

Our daughter and son in law booked a table for Mother's Day (2016). The service was excellent our waitress attentive and considerate, obliging and friendly. The food was well cooked and presented. Yes it was busy (very busy!) but that did not detract from the enjoyment of our first visit to Prezzo Winchester. Thank you for a most enjoyable time!!

Oh my gosh. I've never been in such paradise. Not only was the service pristine. But the food! Wow. I have to thanks a kitchen assistant called Daniel White especially. He made me the loveliest side dish. So good that I had to give him a kiss.

Excellent service. When we arrived they provided a ramp to get into the restaurant. The young lady that was serving us was very professional, polite,friendly. The food we chose was good.

Wow! I had a three course dinner. There were candles on the table and we were offered extra olives for a pre-starter. The dishes including the desserts were absolutely fabulous. The service was smooth, quick and exceptionally polite conducted by Feri, who was very attentive and professional the whole time. I would definitely recommend Prezzo Italian Restaurant for anybody, anytime.

Lovely place, simply amazing staff, wonderful food... What's not to love? Been a few times and always look forward to going again. A good meal every time so far.
