Asda Southampton Superstore

Local asda, always plesent to shop in, but sadly recently stock can be hard to find even doe it's getting filled everytime , plenty staff around which always good to have ,
Can get busy but the line goes quick,
Very annoying checkout tills as mist time your having to wait for staff to come and correct .

The delivery collection side can take a bit of time having someone to go and collect your parcels which should be a quick collection.

Good quality superstore always lobed ASDA and always will, even though in my opinion the prices have gone up extremely high and no offence I don't think half the products are worth that much considering the quality

I’ve been using this Asda for years and so far I haven’t got any complaints. It’s clean, staff is helpful and the location is great. I like that the parking is very close too so you don’t have to go too far with your shopping.

A terrific selection of food keeps everyone very busy. I am on a diet at the moment so I am trying not to buy very much food. But l always enjoy seeing a good spread of items to choose from. Asda have a lot of floor space so it's a long walk around but I think that the queues at the tills probably speak for themselves. Because they always know how to keep the customer satisfied.

I was in ASDA Marlands Southampton today looking for some products which I couldn’t find. However upon asking a staff member I got all the help I needed. Great it's a large store has every conceivable thing you would need for a big shop also has lots of toys, a whole floor of clothing and a large area of homewares and electronics. This in conjunction with the Asda rewards app makes this store our go to for a big shop.

Good place for grocery shopping and in the middle of town

I just want to say a very big thank you to a guy in pharmacy, black,tail with dread . I came to collect my medication which I have already paid pharmacy2u, but the lady manager wasn't helpful with my situation and he is not allowing the young man to talk and he have a good idea about (sort her out,she is rude). This young man have to follow me to check out and told me to pay now and get my refund from other pharmacy ,that I need the medication which I did, I report this to a lady in check out name cat. My 5 star is for the black guy with dread and to the manager,she is lucky that am not his wife

Went in to buy hot chocolate for the wife! On offer for £2 each, normally £4!..plenty of open space for moving around freely in there!.. Disabled friendly and lifts available! Deals a plenty inside! Clean, tidy and very safety focused! Great work guys! 😁5*

New layout is confusing to get used to but now it has made life so much easier.

Staff are friendly and helpful and it is good to see a cohesive team working in a big area! Rarely do I see a staff member hanging around doing nothing.

The new self-scan system is good as it records people to limit the shop lifters so it’s good to see they are increasing the security of the store!

Well laid out, great value shopping on a range of everyday items. Staff knowledgeable and ready to help on the whole. Somewhat messy by the self service tills but probably due to customer traffic, some with bad attitudes regarding staff rôle (demands and needy want of pampering). Staff professional and tolerant

I have been shopping at this store for many years. This is a discount store offering excellent value which means service may be stretched at times but I've always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Please be kind to them - they work very hard.

It was my first time dropping off a parcel at Asda toyou, and I was confused about where to go and how to make my parcel fit. Lisa cheerfully and patiently helped me out twice in a row, despite it being a busy time in the shop. Thank you Lisa!

The pharmacy staff here are amazing! They are always really friendly and so helpful whenever I go in. I have been registered with the pharmacy for about 5 years I believe and I would highly recommend their service.

I would just like to thank the gentleman on pharmacy in your Asda Southampton city centre store.
I asked for sleeping tablets I think there called sleepeze, because I couldn't find them on the shelves.
Your guy young black guy with loks very polite talked me out of it said is there anything else I could do to aid sleep.Hes right really don't want to be taking such things.
10/10 for his cdd.
