Harvester Whiteley

I went with my daughter. We had a late breakfast. I do not eat much so I had a childs breakfast. That was no problem at all. I am also disabled and in a wheelchair. Again the server was so helpfull. The food was very good and the price was ok.. again the server helped me back into my wheelchair.
We have been before for the grandchildrens birthdays as well as ours and always had this same great service

We have never had a bad meal or experience here. This evening our server, Katie was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very warm and kind. Food was lovely as always. Salad bar is fresh and crisp with lots of nice options. Highly recommend.

Went for a lunch date with my 13 month old. Laura was our server and she was incredible! Absolutely faultless and attentive! She is a massive credit to harvester and should absolutely be recognised for this by area management! Bradley was the chef on duty and our food was cooked to perfection! My daughter demolished her chicken like it was going out of fashion! Thank you for making this nervous mama at ease from start to finish!

Served by Sam who was efficient, friendly and helpful. Food well cooked and good variety.

Haven't been to a harvester in a long time as we had started to get disappointed with the who experience, HOWEVER, had a voucher and we were in the area and popped in. The restaurant is done out nicely, tables not on top of each other, lovely and bright as glass fronted. We ordered our food and got our salad bowl, the salad area was clean, tidy, fullly stocked.... a first for us as this was one of the things that always put us off as aleays a mess and always waiting for the bits to be restocked, but at Whiteley, it was fresh and fully stocked. Then, for the main course, again, I had what I always had the combo, and I wasn't disappointed. Everything was tasty, cooked well. The waitress asked "is it all delicious 😋 " we all replied absolutely, I've never had a waitress ask that, normally, they ask "is everything okay?", however she was bang on. I also visited the toilets that were very clean. We asked Lauren (our waitress) if their supplier had changed or if harvester had changed somehow as the food was so much better, she said no but they had a new kitchen manager(think that what she called him) for about a year and she said he was really good and had done some great changes, maybe he needs to train other kitchen managers because this branch is most definitely the best harvester we have ever been too (and over the years we've been to quite a few). All the staff were friendly. All 3 adults enjoyed our meal and experience.

Laura was very helpful and got me my drink as I was alone with a baby 😍🎄 I ordered a steak cooked by Beth and ash and it was delicious and baby actually let me eat it quickly. Loved the peppercorn sauce and blue cheese sauce too. Oh also was able to go get a salad while someone watched baby for me quickly 🎄 very happy with the service!

We often come for breakfast or lunch and Laura is excellent. She remembers what we eat and drink. Nothing is too much trouble. I have my own company and employ staff.If Laura was in my line of work I’d employer her in a second. She is a great asset to your company

It was extremely busy and the staff were rushed off their feet. We waited longer than usual but to be expected. They did amazingly. You could see it was constant and a rush, yet the staff were calm, friendly and helpful. When Josh apologised they had run out of colouring packs, my 2 year old grandson burst into tears. He came back with a biro and paper as a substitute. The lady who bought over our very hot plates was so busy but was more than willing to change the kids meals onto cooler plates. It would save your staff time if you advised the kitchen staff to do this ahead of serving. But still. A great experience. This is our closest harvester and we used to drive to the buccaneer as it was better. However, Whiteley has become brilliant.

This was a special treat for Mother's Day, and I loved it. All staff members were professional, polite, and very helpful. We all felt very spoilt. We had a query, and they dealt with it efficiently! It was not too busy as we had lunch around 1.30pm. Not to forget that the food was excellent 👌🏾 😋 !

The eating experience here at Whiteley Harvester this evening was great. Our server, Ebony has full marks for her service throughout. The food was delicious and can't fault it. We had mains and deserts and really enjoyed all.

Always good value especially with discount code on Harvester app. Food just the way we like it. Waitress Sarah (2611) very attentive to our needs, noticed my wife had a birthday today and brought her a tiny candle on her desert. Very nice touch. Just a very nice experience which we have come to expect.

Had a great meal out here with large family, plenty of wonderful options to choose from and ability to use Meerkat offers for a discount.

Special shout out to Laura our server, wonderful service, really friendly and made the atmosphere so much more enjoyable. 😀

Having just got home from this harvester after an AMAZING evening for my son’s 6th birthday.
I’ve not been to a harvester in years after constantly going in my 20s and overally devouring the salad cart.
But I booked it for tonight for 8 of us.
When we arrived I was sooo sooooo shocked that the staff had gone to the effort of putting banners up in our booth and hand written a card for my son.
I feel so impressed by the staff that I have to honestly say this was one of the best experiences in any restaurant I’ve been in. Please pass onto your staff how great they were tonight catering for us
Our food was a little late to the table and our waitress apologised and said it won’t be long. They were extremely accommodating clearing our plates before bringing out our cake we had bought along. Also 3 members of staff sang happy birthday to my son which was soooo lovely and he’ll always remember that so I want to say a huge thank you and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!! 5 stars!! Great service. Food was divine too!!

Not been too Whiteley for some time and I must say it's changed for the better.
Never eaten in the Harvester Whiteley so it was a pleasant enjoyable experience .
Mum and I were greeted and offered a choice of seating and once sat were promptly offered a choice of drinks and shown the food menus .
Service was excellent the staff were excellent ..
The decor is refreshing and calming
as is the whole atmosphere of the restaurant.
The menu choice is varied and reasonably priced all be it a bit higher prob due to its location I'm guessing ?
The food arrived fresh hot and well presented in a timely manner.
Mum and I said we would definitely return too this Harvester again .

We visited during half term week and the restaurant was very busy, so pleased we had booked.
Despite being busy nothing was too much for Michael our server. Always happy to help with a smile.
Also loved the Halloween decorations 🎃👻💀

Laura was a brilliant waitress, fast, attentive and positive. Beth the chef was very good, steak to desired grade, chicken not dry. 5/5

Popped in today with my mum for a quick lunch and we were served by the lovely Sarah.

Sarah was friendly and chatty without being overbearing which is perfect for service staff. The chips were piping hot and perfectly salted. Couldn't really ask for more for a quick cheap lunch out with mum!

Lovely breakfast! BEST IVE EVER HAD. And don’t get me started on Laura!! Absolute legend. Very kind , very hospitable all round great experience. 11/10.

Popped in for an adhoc lunch having not been to a Harvester for some time since our local one closed. Pleasantly surprised by the superb standard of service and cleanliness. Excellent menu and food served was delivered promptly and piping hot. Definitely the best experience we've had at a Harvester...we'll certainly be back. Dan (the manager) and the whole team could not have been friendlier or more attentive.

We enjoyed our festive meals. The crunch burger and turkey dinner. Service was great and quick. We felt very welcome and looked after. The lights and decorations are a nice touch and super festive
