A nice sized Tesco express. Located next to Southampton central train station. So nice for Topping up before you get on the train. A nice spacious & tidy store. Would Be even better if the beggars out front the store didn't jump on you on entering or leaving the store. What you doing security person ?

New store. The staff are all lovely and super helpful. Always well stocked. Just shame about the very loud security alarm that keeps blearing intermittently at the front door, not a pleasant welcome :(

Normally, this tesco is good and efficient, but if u guys put lazy, untrained, rude and cheeky cashiers at the till, it could ruin ur reputation and sales that u have painstakingly built over time, in a matter of days. today sunday 26/05/24, just before noon, I went to return a parcel through evri, the cashier (overheard his name ... olu), just stood there staring at me, then rudely asked me to move away for other customers, when he had finished, and there was no one there, he directed me to a machine to print the label. but I had so much trouble printing it, so I called him several times by saying excuse me.. the guy literally pretended not to hear, despite him noting that I was having trouble printing it (check ur cctv as evidence). I had to go into the store & asked a kind lad with eye glasses who was stocking shelves, to help me out, which he did. going back to the till, the rude lazy cashier once again waved me aside, when he had finished with all the incoming customers, he resumed staring at me. I had to repeat again that I was there to return a parcel. then he started rummaging inside my parcel, then told me that he cannot take it, that I had to go back home and seal the parcel. I had to ask him if they were no longer an evri agent? he said no, they were only a drop off center. I was puzzled, but had to use the return label to seal the parcel. when he saw I did that, he dropped the blue device at me to do the return transaction by myself. it was only when the kind lad came around again to check what was happening, that he started pretending to attend to me. normally, returning parcel takes 1 - 2 minutes without any hassle. but this encounter with the rude lazy cashier today was terribly stressful. Tesco and Evri, please train ur staff before placing them at the till. Thank you.

Bought these dates from Tesco from the outside seems a bit dry but ok as I opened it to get the seed out I noticed my fingers were getting black. It was black mould. Its in date so was horrified. I’ve seen some people just take a bite and then get rid of the seed. I normally take the seed out, wash it and then eat it. So grose 🤢🤢🤢

security do nothing about the local smackheads touching people and staff here. dont go in.

A loud alarm is sounded every time the automatic door opens if they don’t have a security guard. It’s like a fire alarm. Very unpleasant!
