Personally love this Iceland. I go after work on the way home. It's usually quiet Only downside is usually a single till. But they will open up a second when busy and the single till situation is usually suitable especially the time I go which is around 16:40ish. Plus great selection. Best Iceland selection atleast with the other Iceland's in Southampton.

More range of branded and Iceland own brand products in this store than the other Iceland stores in Southampton. A wide range of pet food also if you like soft drinks you can get it here and usually good offers on at times. Only downside there is only 1 till open and if you need help,it's hard to find a member of staff to help you. Music is sometimes loud and by the time I've finished shopping I walk away with a headache. Plenty of parking available but not very good to access the store if you have to rely on buses to get around and is a 15 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

Relatively bigger Iceland compare to the Portswood one. Ample parking space and free of cost for half an hour. Apart from all the frozen foods one can also find lot of fruits, veggies, dairy and other groceries here.

Good place for shopping but 5 stars for that, but not many stars for 1 particular staff member, this girl works on the tills at the food warehouse in southampton,West Quay retail park, im not being rude in anyway she looks like a barbie doll very young with very long hair and she likes to stare at me and my partner which really makes us feel uncomfortable but my partner went here yesterday 30th May 2023, and he noticed this staff member doing it to other couples, this can't be good, we should all feel comfortable when shopping somewhere we like and not worry about 1 Pacific staff member constantly stareing all the time.

I love this place but have to travel about 20 miles to shop here. Staff friendly, loads of food options, parking charged £1 for 1 hour

This is a great place to get some amazing produce. Lots of choice including vegan and vegetarian options.

If you are looking for more choice at good prices give this a try.

Its great place for larger sizes and many varieties of frozen foods! Usually some decent deals on bulk buys!

Great store with wide variety of frozen (obviously) and fresh foods too. Good value on drinks and there is plethora of offers. Only weird thing is that there is the "wrong" number of aisles so technically you have double take to go "up" the last one...I mean if that's only thing to moan about then all is good. Friendly staff and quick to be served.

The prices are out of this world, nice wide isles. Friendly staff but always seem to need another check out open. Lots of parking and other shops around. Wish I tried it out sooner

Always well stocked when I have gone in. Never too busy either. Rubbish on floor is minimal and to one side in neat piles while staff members go for a rubbish cage. Not all staff wear masks but has anyone asked why? They may be medicaly exempt like me. Always buy more than I want and the bulk buying means I don't have to shop as often. Staff always friendly. People complain about the hand sanitiser being empty considering how many people come here yep its going to run out fast so stop whinging. Its a great place for food always get what I want.

First time visit here,I usually shop at Iceland. I have to say , very impressed , good selection and also some really good " slightly bigger bulk buy" items . Also they have a slightly increased range to standard Iceland stores.
Social distancing , due to current circumstances this store is ideal place to shop and have the aisle widths wide enough to make social distancing very easy . Huge amounts of parking , and disabled parking and level access.
If you like Iceland, you will love this place . If you like to be able to buy in slightly bigger quantities , then this is great and will then make you an Iceland convert .

It's amazing they have bigger packs compared to Iceland online shopping for example on the website you can only purchase chicken nuggets in a pack of 30 or 60 but In the food warehouse they do bags of 95. The shop is easy to navigate

Very convenient for me to go and grab groceries and produce when needed.
Good customer service and love the social distancing that’s in practice.
Make sure to check your receipt as sometimes mistakes are made but they’ll happily sort it out.

First time visiting. Will be back. A good sized store with a nice selection of produce at reasonable prices. Wasn't crowded as hadn't long been open for the day, so was able to get in and around quite comfortably.

Brilliant place, so much choice and more choice than the smaller stores. Prices still the same but you also have choice of extra large on some products which the price isn't much higher but the product is alot bigger. Perfect. Would recommend to anyone who does frozen shopping.

First time visiting, they have some good deals and more to offer than the standard Iceland stores. The waiting time at the till was a little long, but that's to be expected with covid going on.
